hey everyone Jennifer from Tarle Speech with your two for Tuesday two words with
two spellings and two meanings with only one pronunciation it's a great way to
improve your pronunciation with lots of words quickly our words today are ate
the past of to eat and eight the number this is a really easy one today we have
lots of letters but only two sounds both of these words are pronounced with the
long a a and to do that you can see I'm opening my mouth and a nice wide circle
a and then I'm moving to a smile when I open my mouth wide for that first
part of the vowel my tongue is going to be low the tip of my tongue will be low
in the mouth and the back is going to be pulled up and then when I move to the
smile my tongue is gonna move along with my mouth as it closes and it's going to
be high and flat in my mouth a a and then simply touch the tip of your tongue
to the back of your top front teeth for the t-888 so ate and ate lots of letters
again just to sounds ready for your sentence
