They're all yours, okay they're all yours. Let's see what it does. So, what do you think, then? Look pretty cool? He's crying. That's awesome, hey come here, come here dude. Mom, you better get in there too, right? That is so awesome. I told you he's gonna be a little emotional. Say hello to Johnathan, his mom Carol and Principal Scott Henson. Y'all stand up for them. You are an amazing principal. First of all, I didn't know these glasses existed. So what made you give Jonathan glasses? Thank you, Kelly. I'm also color blind ,and, uh, yeah, so my family gave it to me two years ago, so I got the experience color, just like Jonathan did, two years ago. So, our science teacher, Mrs. Foley, teaches genetics every year, okay, back in Lakeview and, uh, so I get to go in and talk about color blindness every year. We knew Jonathan was severely colorblind, so we invited the parents in and the whole world got to see what Jonathan experienced, and it was genuine, it was authentic, and it was real. Yeah! So, what's it like, like, what's the world like for you? Coz that's almost like a baby, when they come into the world they see, like, black and white, right? And then they start to bleed in with color, like color starts to bleed in, what's that like? You now see in color, what's your favorite color? Oh, my favorite color with my glasses on is now blue. I love it. But, uh, it's kind of hard to describe what it's like, but, um, for example, like, driving down the road, there's, like, the green highway signs, the red stop signs, all of those really stick out to me. That's, that's remarkable, I mean, science is so cool. Is it Mrs. Foley, that what you said? Yes. Give it up for Mrs. Foley! I like it. So, Carol, how did it feel to have your son's moment go viral and around the world? Like people were. Do you want me to be honest? Yeah, did it freak you out? So, yeah, I, very overwhelming, you know, to begin with, and to quote Jonathan, this has been amazing, but I never wanna do it again. But, you know, it's also been very humbling, you know, God has given this short period of light and we discussed and decided to take this light, that God has given us, and help others. And we have this, we've started a GoFundMe, to help other children who need colorblind glasses, and I checked before we came, we're at 32,000 dollars. And the company that we're going to be working with is, every pair that we purchase, they're giving us another pair for free. -Wow. -So, that doubles the amount of children that we can help. That's so cool! Well, thank you so much for bringing a bit of color in our lives, I'm so happy you get to see color like that, Johnathan.
