  • I am the i-Violiner Ji-Hae Park.

    我是 i-小提琴人朴智慧 (Ji-Hae Park)

  • I can see everybody is wondering what this word means.

    看得出來,大家都想知道 這個詞是什麼意思

  • That word is invented by me.

    這個詞是我發明的

  • "i" means like in iPhone or iPad

    就像是 iPhone 或 iPad 的那個 " i "

  • something new, creative, innovative,

    一種新的、有創意的、 創新的

  • multi-functional, entertaining and customer-friendly.

    多功能的、 娛樂性的、貼近使用者的

  • Now, the "violiner" part:

    現在要說 "小提琴人" 了:

  • usually a person who plays the violin is called a violinist,

    我們通常稱拉小提琴的人為小提琴家

  • but with that word I wanted to express my wish

    然而我之所以用這個詞

  • to not only play a musical instrument

    是因為我不想只是演奏樂器

  • but hopefully share my music and my life and my message

    我希望能分享我的 音樂、人生,表達我的訊息

  • through this instrument as a tool.

    利用這種樂器當做媒介

  • Me personally, I have put in every ounce of my energy into the violin

    而我自己呢,一直全心全意地 投入小提琴演奏

  • to become a successful violinist one day.

    希望將來能成為一個 成功的小提琴家

  • In that process, I missed out many things but also gained a lot.

    過程中,我錯過了很多事物, 但也獲得了很多

  • One of the losses is that I lost my gratitude and happiness.

    其中一個損失是, 我失去了幸福,無法懷抱感恩

  • I suffered from severe depression, and I hated the violin,

    我曾受嚴重的抑鬱症所苦, 那時我痛恨小提琴

  • which made my life so deeply distressed.

    我的生活因而充滿悲傷憂鬱

  • This severe depression made me totally dejected

    嚴重的抑鬱症讓我灰心喪志

  • and even think of death.

    甚至想死

  • However, I never imagined that this time of suffering could be my turning point.

    然而,我從沒想過這種痛苦 可能是我的轉捩點

  • This time became to me an opportunity

    這種痛苦給了我一個機會

  • to experience how the music restored my soul in the midst of hardship.

  • And now, I am standing in front of you

  • and I'm trying to use this violin as my tool to share this amazing power

  • I'm desparately trying my best to remove any prejudice
