Hey Ambitious Professionals I'm Linda Raynier the founder and creator of Top-Notch
Resume. If you're here it's likely because you've been looking for a job
for the last little while, you've been sending in resume after resume,
application after application and you're starting to get really frustrated
because you're not getting the interviews that you want and you're
definitely not getting the job offers that you want. And then even for the jobs
where you do get called in for interviews, you're not getting very far
in the job search process. You, like a lot of people were probably really
optimistic when you first started your job search. You thought you had a pretty
good resume but it's been a little while now and you're just not seeing the
results. If only they just gave you a chance and they hired you, that they
could see how great of an employee you are, how hard-working you are that you're
capable that you can do the job. But it's just that you're not really sure on how
to sell yourself. And let's be honest, has it gotten to the point where you see an
opportunity that you would love to apply for and you go to click to apply but
deep down at the pit of your stomach, you feel not that great because you feel as
though you're probably going to be rejected anyways because you think that
your resume just simply isn't good enough? Listen, I completely understand
where you're coming from because I've met thousands of professionals just like
you and I've helped hundreds of them land job offers. And because of this
experience, I've picked up a thing or two when it comes to knowing exactly what
hiring managers are looking for when they are hiring for employees to join
their companies. One thing you need to know is that the approach that I teach
you in Top-Notch Resume is the exact step-by-step approach that I have taught
my private one-on-one clients and using Top-Notch Resume as an approach has not
only landed them more interviews but it's landed them job offers. I had a
client who before we started working together had 40 interviews with
different companies and did not get a single job offer; and yes you heard that
right I said 40. So what did we do? We revamped his resume using the Top-Notch
Resume approach which is the approach that you're going to learn in this
course. And within a matter of months, he was handed multiple job offers that
we're offering him 20 to 25% more than his previous salary. Now of course there
were a few other things that we did but it all began with a Top-Notch Resume, and
that's what I'm going to teach you to create so that you can have a top-notch
resume for yourself. Having a top-notch resume means you're gonna get more
positive interest from employers, hiring managers, and recruiters with fewer job
applications; you're gonna get called in for more interviews; you're going to know
how to sell yourself and position yourself each time you apply for a new
position, and it increases your chances of getting job offers. I've made
top-notch resume the most efficient yet detailed resume course you'll find and
you'll be able to get through this within a matter of hours. And you don't
have to believe just what I'm saying here are some other success stories. "My
name is Lacey and I currently work as a Corrosion Engineer. I first reached out
to Linda back in late March. I stumbled upon her YouTube channel and after about
8 months of being unemployed, she helped me tailor a few different resumes for
each position and most of the jobs in the area were for manufacturing
engineering, something that I didn't really have a lot of experience in.
Linda taught me how to tailor my skill set to make it match the skill set of
the position, and I know it's something that I really struggled with and she
helped me overcome that struggle. I actually landed that position, in or
accepted that position in mid May; so it was only about a month and a half before
I had actually found a job. I feel like I made out really well with this job. It's
everything that I wanted. I get to work in a lab, I get to write technical
reports, I get to travel, the pay is good, my coworkers are great and the company's
great. I didn't feel like I had to settle and when you're struggling to
find a job, you feel like you have to settle but I feel like with Linda,
because she helped me push towards what I really wanted, I didn't have to do that
and I don't feel like I could have done it without her." Jocelyn, who you'll read
about later on this page wasn't getting any calls for six months and shortly
after using her Top-Notch Resume to apply for positions, she landed four
interview calls and just recently accepted a brand new job offer in the
location she wanted. My client Kathy, recently accepted a full time job offer
as a finance manager and before, her resume was getting her zero responses
but after using her top-notch resume, she's ready to start her new job. Francis
after creating his top-notch resume, received a call for a phone interview
and another one is in the process of being scheduled. His confidence has
increased substantially and he knows that it's possible for him to land the
position he wants. And Looper C was able to break into a different kind of
position that she had zero experience in. But she was able to use my resume
tips to develop into an effective marketing tool that landed her a new job.
Here's some insider information that you may not know about when it comes to
hiring and recruiting. When a recruiter, HR professional, employer, hiring manager or
whoever is first looking at your resume, they plan to put you into one of three
buckets. The first bucket is "top of the pile bucket" meaning they really like
your resume and they think you might have a really good shot of being THE ONE
for them, so they're gonna put you on top of the list.
That's the bucket you want to be in. Then there's bucket number two which is
"Let's compare" bucket. So essentially your resume is just being used to compare to
that bucket one candidate, meaning the candidate that got top of the pile,
you're just being compared to them so not a great chance there, but you get an
interview. And then bucket number three is "Move aside"; you're just not
being considered. So if somehow you got an interview but you didn't realize that
you were a comparison candidate, meaning a bucket two candidate, and you're being
compared to the top notch candidate that was in bucket one, you're going to have to work
twice as hard in that interview to try to convince the employers that you are
the right candidate for them because at that point, they're already swayed to not
so sure; and they hadn't even met you yet. So why is a resume so important? Your
resume is the first thing that an employer will see before they ever hear
your voice, see your face, and of course before they ever get to meet you in
person. So you have a choice: You can either do
it the slow way and try to figure all of this out all on your own, all by yourself,
not knowing when the next job offer is gonna come around, OR you can simply just
follow my PROVEN step-by-step approach on how to create a top-notch resume for
yourself. So if you're ready, then I'm ready. The BUY button is somewhere on
this page. Just go looking for it. You'll see all the details below. I cannot wait
for us to get started, I'm so excited and I will see you soon
