I know we're all trying

to keep our little ones on a routine,

but have you been feeling like the days get away from you?

The things you plan for the morning

are suddenly happening in the afternoon?

That's okay.

Our routines can and should be flexible.

It's okay if we don't get to do something in the morning.

If we get to do it in the afternoon, great,

or even the next day.

These are challenging times

and juggling childcare while working from home is difficult.

Don't put pressure on yourself to get everything done.

Children are resilient just like you.

The most important thing is that everyone stays healthy.
