I wouldhopethatintelligencewouldneverbeusedas a concepttomakepoliticaldecisionsoverwhetherornotsomeonehasaccesstoeducation, accesstohealthcare, accesstofreedomofmovement, accesstoanyoftheseuniversalhumanrights.
Intelligenceis a multifacetedthingandmultifacetedthingscan't reallybemeasuredintermsof a singlenumber, whichiswhatIQtestsgiveyou.
