Subtitles section Play video Print subtitles Hi Bold Bakers! Even though it's winter in Santa Monica, we can still have Starbucks Frappuccinos. I've had so many requests for them, I picked our top three most requested flavors, and that's what we're going to make today. So, let's get started. Okay, so let's get started. We are going to make our third most requested Frappuccino, which is strawberries and cream. Now, the best thing about making your own Frappuccino is that it's cheaper, you can make it at home in minutes, and its all-natural ingredients. There's no pumps, there's no syrups, there's no funny stuff in there. So, we're going to start out in a blender pitcher. Add in some ice. Now this is the basis for all Frappuccinos. Next, we're going to add in some milk. Now the beauty of the milk is that you can use low-fat milk, and you can also use any kind of dairy-free milk that you like. So, any of these can be vegan as well. So next we're going to add in some powdered sugar. Now the sugar you can add in maple syrup, honey, stevia, whatever sugar that you use in your diet. Next, we're going to add in some vanilla extract. This gives lovely flavor to your Frappuccino; however, if you don't have it at home, you can always just leave it out. Our next ingredient, of course, is frozen strawberries. And the reason we use frozen strawberries is that when you blend it up, it gets lovely and thick, and they also have a really nice color. However, if you have fresh, you can always use fresh. So that's all of our ingredients in there. On with our lid. And then onto the machine. Now you just want to blend this up until it's really lovely and smooth and it's gotten nice and thick. So, here's the deal: we make the rules so we can put in whatever kind of fruit or flavors we want. So, there you go, it only took about a minute. Look at that beautiful color and how thick it is. You want a high-speed blender because it will really break up all that ice and make it lovely and thick just like this. So, to make this the real deal, I went to Starbucks, and I got one of their cups, and I even put strawberry puree in it to make it really nice. And then of course, in real big and bold fashion, we are going to put some whipped cream on top... because you may as well go all out. And then of course, some extra strawberry sauce. Now for the moment of truth. Oh my gosh, this is even better than the real thing, and the fresh strawberries in it make it so sweet. And just look at that beautiful color. Okay, we are going to move on to number two. So, our Green Tea Frappuccino is very similar to our strawberries and cream one. You need a little bit of ice, a little bit of milk. These are all regular ingredients you have at home, so you should be able to whip them up really fast. Into our pitcher, we're going to add in our ice cubes. Next, in with our milk, and remember dairy-free, nut milk, whatever you like. So, it's funny. Green tea is not a flavor I usually go for, but I will order Green Tea Frappuccino at Starbucks. I don't know why, but it's just really tasty. Next, we're going to go in with some sugar for some sweetness. Now if you don't have icing sugar, you can always use regular sugar. Now, add in some vanilla extract. Kevin, what's your favorite flavor of Frappuccino? I invented the caramel Frappuccino. I don't think so. I did. When? Back in Seattle. You did not. Starbucks invented the Frappuccino. Ah, no, the Caramel Frappuccino. Okay, actually, there's a good point: we're not making Caramel Frappuccino today, but if you want to see a different flavor in another video, let me know in the comments below, and then we'll make even more flavors. -Caramel Frappuccino. -Caramel Frappuccino. Okay, Kevin, Caramel Frappuccino. So next after our vanilla extract, is our matcha powder. The recipes for these can be found on biggerbolderbaking.com, and I'm also going to put a link on my website for where you can buy matcha powder online. It's really easy to find. Okay that's it, looking good. On with our lid and then onto the machine. Ah, just look at that. Look at how beautiful that green color. It looks so yummy and smells great too. So just like before, go ahead and fill up your glass. This Frappuccino looks so great, but what will make it even better is some whipped cream on top. Okay, I'm looking forward to trying this one. Oh my gosh, that's good. And there's a little sweetness from the sugar that we added. It's yummy, you're going to love this one. Next, we are going to move on to number one. So, our number one flavor is Mocha Frappuccino. Now, I love this flavor, and we have so many requests from you for it. We are going to start out in our jug again, and we're going to add in our ice cubes, followed by our milk, sugar, and vanilla extract. So, our next ingredient is chilled, dark brewed coffee. And I think this is what makes this drink so addictive. I love coffee flavored drinks. Now our next ingredient, also very important in a mocha, is chocolate sauce. Just look at that yummy chocolate sauce. You can use homemade or store bought. Okay, That's it, all of our tasty ingredients in there. On with our lid and ready for blending. So, the darker the coffee you use in this Frappuccino, the more flavor it will have, so I really suggest you go as dark as you can. Okay and we're done. Oh, look at this baby. Yummy, so excited for this one. So just like the strawberry, I'm going to pour some chocolate sauce in and around the cup and then hit it with your mocha Frappuccino. Just look at how thick that is. Now, of course, just like the others, we're going to top it off with some freshly whipped cream. And then of course, because this is bigger bolder baking, I'm going to go ahead and drizzle even more chocolate sauce on top. Oh yeah, baby, you cannot beat coffee and chocolate together. This is absolutely delicious. No matter what your favorite flavor of Frappuccino, now you can make your own at home. Let me know in the comments below what Frappuccino flavor you want to see in our next video, and I will see you back here next week for more Bigger Bolder Baking. happy dance!
