There was a laptop and on the other side there was a gentleman who was in California and

he started asking me to describe myself in ways I had never been asked to describe myself

before. GIL

My name is Gil Zamora and I'm a forensic artist. I could hear the women but I couldn't see

them, I was sitting away from the computer. GIL

And overall your face shape was what? LILY

He did make me feel uncomfortable being asked to describe myself. I felt it was something

so personal. DENISE

I feel I have a high forehead GIL

Do you wear it in front of your shoulders or behind your shoulders?

LILY Well, my hair is very thin so...

DENISE My nose is puggish

GIL So you said "puggish", what do you mean by

that? RANDI

I have a few small freckles on my face. DENISE

My chin is a little bit of a double chin GIL

Tell me about your neck. RANDI

Problematic. GIL

What do you mean by that? RANDI

It's starting to sag GIL

After the sketch is complete, I say thank you, and they leave.

SUPER Next we asked the daughters to describe their

moms. KELSEY ANN

I see her always smiling. Her smile takes over her face.

MEIRA The features that we probably most prominently

share are noses and face shape. Her skin is very soft.

MIRA I look at her now and I think, amazing, I'm

going to look like that when I'm older. GIL

The women didn't know that we were actually having their daughters describe them.

MIRA Hi

LILY I don't know, what do you think?

RANDI I think it's a warmer and more complimentary

version. It's nice to know that someone thinks of you that way. You don't hear it everyday.

KELSEY ANN I've learned that a lot of people don't feel

that they're as beautiful as they actually are.

RANDI I like that that's how I'm thought of through

my daughter's eyes. I feel loved. DENISE

I like the way Kelsey Ann has described me. I do feel that it is a more beautiful picture.
