- [Man] This is the story of Black Mirror,
Season Four, people, in three minutes.
Let's begin.

into his interactive space world,
she tries to hack his system
and notifies her real-world self
but Daly finds out and gets angry.
Cole comes up with a plan to get
Daly's control device but Walton is hesitant.
Cole seduces Daly and blackmails herself
with her own nudes.
Real-world Cole steals back the DNA
of the crew members and virtual Daly is abandoned,
now chasing his others through asteroids.
Walton sacrifices himself to repair the ship.
The crew is freed and Daly is forever trapped.
Marie implants her child, Sara, with a monitoring system.
Sara grows up an outcast due to her
parental advisory settings
and her mother deactivates it.
Fast-forward and Sara is normal
but goes out partying and Marie can't find her.
Marie begins to monitor her again
and finds out about her coke dealer boyfriend, Trick.
She threatens him and slips Sara a birth control pill.
Sara finds she was monitored this whole time
and beats her pixelated face in and runs away.
Rob and Mia kill a cyclist on the road.
They ditch his body and years later,
Rob tracks her down,
saying he's going to come clean about the crime.
Mia kills him while at the same time,
a pizza truck hits a pedestrian outside of her window.
When the pedestrian files his insurance claim,
investigators access memories of witnesses
and Mia is questioned.
When Shazia, the investigator, sees the murder
from Mia's memory, Mia kills her
and drives all the way to Shazia's home
and kills her family.
Police reveal upon investigating that the baby was blind.
Frank and Amy are set up on a date
by a matchmaking system
that only allows them 12 hours together.
They spend the night and go their separate ways.
Both critical of the AI's matchmaking,
they quickly assign their next dates
which lead to long, painful relationships
and short, shallow ones.
The two are eventually paired up again
and agree not to check their expiration date
but Frank does and they break up.
Amy's ultimate match is calculated
and as a last farewell, the two meet for dinner,
and climb the walls and find
it was all a simulated dating app.
Bella and her friends attempt to retrieve
a mysterious box to help their sick friend Jack
but are attacked by a mechanical guard dog.
It chases after Bella but she manages
to drain its battery while stuck in a tree.
Bella breaks into a house to steal supplies
but the dog catches up and though she blinds it
with paint, the dog's shrapnel shoots her
with a tracking device.
She destroys the dog but when she notices
she's been tagged, she sends a goodbye
to her loved ones and kills herself.
The mysterious box contained teddy bears.
Nish visits a museum where owner Rolo Haynes
explains in his past how he pioneered
a neurological implant for Dr. Peter Dawson
to feel what his patients felt.
Dawson experiences death and becomes addicted
to pain and killing others,
eventually becoming comatose.
Moving on, Rolo explains the story
of a stuffed monkey that came from a man
named Jack whose wife Carrie was in a coma.
Rolo implants Carrie into Jack's brain
and eventually the monkey.
Rollo shows Nish a conscious hologram
of a controversially convicted killer.
He explains how he swindled the rights
of the prisoner and allows museum-goers
to activate the electric chair.
Nish reveals that she is prisoner's daughter
and has poisoned Rolo, swaps his subconscious
with her father's, and with the help
of her mother's conscious, frees her father
while leaving Rolo in eternal agony.
And that is the story of Black Mirror, Season Four.
