  • I'm going to show you what I put in my carry-on bag.

  • I get asked a lot what I put in my carry-on when I go on my flights.

  • Especially on my long-haul flights. I pack a little bit differently

  • and just wanted to go through what I pack.

  • First off, I have a Pacsafe anti-theft bag. This bag is awesome.

  • I can fit so much in here. I used to have a dedicated camera bag

  • because I have lots of camera gear and I have a laptop

  • and I can only find one that looked decent for women

  • but this bag - it's not for cameras but I found a way to have my camera in here and a laptop.

  • But before I get into that, what I bring is my Cabeau travel pillow

  • I attach it on the top here

  • because I always need my travel pillow.

  • And if you want to learn more about this travel pillow, we did a review so read up on that or watch the video

  • because this is the best travel pillow ever.

  • I swear by it and then next to side pockets on

  • And then next... two side pockets on this bag.

  • I have a GoPro on one side

  • and then on the other side I have water.

  • Now, I like to have water on the side because I don't like putting it in my bag

  • since you know - you buy water cold - or I buy water cold and condensation forms

  • and it gets wet and your bag. At least with this, it's waterproof so...

  • and it's on the outside and doesn't affect anything else so it's wonderful.

  • I'm gonna start with the outside pouch.

  • So in my outside pouch, I have my little coin purse.

  • I got my little coin purse for all my change, my extra cards. You know, whatever else.

  • Coins and I got some lipstick in there too

  • but just to keep things separate.

  • I also have another coin purse because in Europe and Japan, they love coins

  • so it's just good to have a coin purse separate from my American money

  • so this will be foreign money.

  • And I got this in Japan and I just like that little guy there because reminds me of a corgi but I think it's a Shiba Inu

  • And then moving on... I have lots of little things in here.

  • I have a hand sanitizer. I always like to stay sanitized because there's so many germs on planes

  • that you just want to stay clean and healthy as possible.

  • Chapstick. Always gotta have the chapstick. I'm always hydrating my lips.

  • I can't live without this thing. Gotta have chapstick.

  • I also have some breath mints and some tic tacs. Just like to keep fresh, you know.

  • And then... let's see... more Chapstick because I love chapstick.

  • And I also have a little perfume bottle here. This is kind of like a carry-on version.

  • I love this smell so much. It's from Zara. Actually, I just randomly bought this.

  • I mean you can buy these perfume sticks anywhere and this was only six dollars but these are great

  • if you feel like you need to freshen up. This is the solution these little perfume bottles.

  • And then I got some tissue paper because I always have nose problems.

  • Some hand cream lotion because my hands get really dry on the plane.

  • The cabin air is super dry and my skin can't handle it so I need hand cream.

  • Also, I have a USB charger because my phone dies very quickly

  • so I need a charger to charge all the time. Although airplanes lately - they have been adding a USB charger

  • to your seat so I haven't been using this much lately

  • but it is good once you're off the plane if you need it and your phone's running out of battery.

  • So along with that is my USB cable

  • and if I need it, my cube.

  • And again, to stay fresh, I have gum.

  • I just like to stay fresh!

  • So that's the front pocket.

  • Now the inside. So I love, LOVE this bag and how it opens up like a bucket

  • so it's easy to see things in here.

  • So I have a 15-inch laptop. This was essential for me. I needed something that could fit my big laptop

  • And I need it because I edit photos and videos and I need a big enough picture to see what I'm editing

  • so got that and it's great because this bag has a padded sleeve

  • so it protects your laptop too.

  • And then, let me turn this around. Actually, shut this. Turn this around.

  • I keep my - there's a little pouch in here. There's a big zipper pouch and it's RFID-safe

  • which means your information will not get stolen.

  • There are some guys out there - or women - that will scan your bag and will steal your information

  • through whatever device they use and they can get information of your credit cards, passport ...

  • so I put my passport in here so it could stay protected. So it's a really good feature.

  • And then I have another little pouch

  • with all kinds of goodies in here I've got my earphones I've got

  • my USB adapter or I'm sorry - my SD card adapter

  • and lots of sanitizing things in here.

  • I've got my lens cleaner for my glasses

  • I've got wet wipes. I have to have wet wipes when I go on planes because I like to wipe down everything.

  • Once I get to my seat, I take this out and I wipe down everything.

  • The seats, the seat belt, the tray tables - just everything because everything has germs on planes

  • and I just want to get rid of the germs so I always get wet wipes

  • and it's good to get these individual ones because when you get those packs they always dry up

  • so it's a good investment I think to get these individually wrapped ones.

  • I get them on Amazon all the time.

  • Also, I have this nice eye mask that you can get on Amazon as well.

  • It's actually Japanese but you can buy these on Amazon now which is great.

  • So it's a heated eye mask. It's disposable and it has a little lavender smell

  • and it's just lovely. You just put this on when you're on your long-haul flight and it warms up your eyes

  • and it's just lovely. You just fall right to sleep.

  • and then I have another USB charger just in case.

  • I have some Advil because I get headaches often I don't know why

  • so I always carry individual packs with me.

  • You can get these individual packs on Amazon as well.

  • And then I've got an eye mask because you always need a mask on a flight

  • because there's always that person that turns on the light next to you

  • and just shines the light in your face so this will help out.

  • And shout out Anatomie. They gave this to us when they sent us some clothes so thanks, Anatomie.

  • They make awesome travel clothes.

  • And... um... oh, a pen. Always have a pen handy

  • because in certain countries you have to fill out some forms before you land

  • and Japan is one of them so I always have a pen so I can fill it out on the plane.

  • I also have this handy iPhone - not an iPhone, sorry - handy Apple Watch charger.

  • So it charges on the go and I got this on Amazon as well. I buy everything on Amazon.

  • But this is very handy because Apple watches run out of batteries quick

  • and you need a certain charger to charge it. You can't use your regular iPhone charger

  • so you need something else. I mean, I didn't want to carry that big long charger with me

  • so I found this online and this charges on-the-go which is great.

  • And one more thing I have - a little lock as well. I have to have a little lock just in case I need to

  • lock things - my bag, my extra bag...whatever it is, I just have this handy, you know?

  • And I've always used it.

  • Alright, so almost done.

  • Then I have my case with my reading glasses or actually it's just my regular glasses; it's not even reading glasses.

  • I also have a drive - an external drive. I love these SSD drives. They're so compact and mini.

  • and they're excellent drives. And I got this little case on Amazon as well.

  • And I think this is the last thing but it's my camera

  • so I put my big camera in here. I usually put my Sony camera but it's being used right now.

  • This is my Canon and I just wrap it up in this extra protection

  • and it has velcro on it so you could wrap anything around this

  • but I protected it with this. Put my camera in here and it's been fine.

  • Because usually I don't move my bag around too much. It stays with me most the time or on my suitcase.

  • So I don't bang it around everywhere and you know, just be careful

  • but if you want to put a camera in here, you can use this

  • and just stick it on in there.

  • But all this fit in to my bag

  • and I swear by this bag. It's awesome. I use it for all my travels so I highly recommend it.

  • But yeah, that is what is in my carry-on bag. All my stuff is falling down on the floor now.

I'm going to show you what I put in my carry-on bag.
