Champagne – SHAM-PAIN – Champagne is this lovely, bubbly, alcoholic beverage. Ummmm, so good! Champion – CHAM-PEE-UN – A champion is someone who is the best at something, like soccer or football or a particular sport. Campaign – CAM-PAIN – A campaign is when someone is working towards a particular social or political goal. For example, when the president is trying to get into office, we call it a presidential campaign. So remember, champagne is what we drink. Champion is someone who wins or is the best of and Campaign is for a political or social goal.
