  • Nelson Mandela once said, There is no passion to be found playing small in settling for a life that is less than the one you are capable of living.

  • There is nothing to be gained from settling for a version of you less than the quality of your potential.

  • Sadly, though, that is the reality for most people.

  • Most people set off for less quality of life than they are capable of living.

  • They settle for lesser quality emotions than they are capable of experiencing.

  • Every day they choose the safe job over their passion because it is easier in the moment they choose not to speak up over things that really matter to them.

  • They choose to wear masks to fit in rather than be their true self, for fear of rejection or being left out.

  • But in reality, no one can ever experienced their highest potential emotionally, spiritually, in any sense.

  • If they aren't their true self hiding and repressing your true feelings can never lead to your highest happiness.

  • Playing small is never going to give you the joy you deserve.

  • We only have a limited time in this human body in this lifetime on this earth, it is insanity to think anyone would go to the end never knowing what it was like to be their true self.

  • You matter exactly as you are, you have so much to offer this world on the right.

  • People will surround you when you start being true.

  • Thio you when you take that first step, it is the first step that walks up the mountain to your highest potential.

  • Expand yourself by working on yourself.

  • Stop living small and settling start day by day, making conscious decisions to do one thing only one thing every day that will make you better tomorrow.

  • Reading a book, listening to a talk from a great teacher exercise.

  • Set a goal and commit to it.

  • Talk to that person.

  • Tell someone you love how you really feel.

  • Open up, Do something kind for a stranger or someone you love Do something positive that also makes you uncomfortable.

  • This is how you grow.

  • If you do these things every day and continue to build on that momentum, soon you'll be living anything but a small life.

  • You will be living large on growing larger every day, not in your ego, but in your true self in your example, and in your intention to be better and give more to this world.

  • Who do you want to be?

  • Really?

  • Who do you want to be?

  • What do you want to experience while you are alive on this planet?

  • Who do you need to become to experience all of that?

  • All of those emotions, all of those relationships, all of that joy.

  • Who do you need to become?

  • What are you going to do about it?

  • Mhm.
