just think about moving from that Sh to that n sound that's going to get that

little sound in there and you don't really have to think about adding any

other vowel shun shun now for a man and men what you're going to do for man is

you're going to think about moving from your lips being closed for that M sound

mmm open really wide for that ah and the tongue is going to be very low the tip

is going to be very low in the mouth and the back is going to be pulled up a bit

and then you're going to move closed again for that n sound nnn

man man man and then for men you are going to start with that M sound again

and end with the n sound the difference here is your mouth is not going to open

as much your mouth is going to be open and the tip of your tongue will be about

behind the front teeth of the bottom front

teeth so about here men men men so you can see my tongue does not move as much
