I think that you've seen, for example, in industry we're talking about, uh, you know, there's the end racism slogan that they used.

There's the racist one so that there is already has sparked change.

But it's really important that it's not just symbolism.

It's important.

It's not just words.

It's important that we really, um, put in place.

Some really take real action to make change, to make this a more diverse, uh, sport.

What strike me so much was, I mean, a member of the beginning of the last year, and it's been every year but of my life.

2028 27 years in racing but particularly, you know, beginning last year, remember looking around in Australia around the paddock, and I remember I filmed it for on my Instagram remembers still no diversity within this paddock.

And then I got to the end of the year, and I saw all the photos of all the teams standing proudly in front there on the track.

Or, you know, they do a celebratory kind of photo, so that's around close to 1000 people.

If you think of all the teams and they would 33 and four people of color within that setting and that, you know, And I remember thinking, How has that not changed at all since I've been here?

Yeah.

I mean, the first step was for me was Mercedes and Diamond at, uh, it's incredibly iconic brand That's always been the Silver Arrows changing their card to black a start of this year, and that was something that I asked for and ask them to be a part of trying to empower them.

It's seeing that you've seen a school which, like many this year, have done some great things sports, sports.

But, you know, our sports said, We don't get involved in politics and, um, getting across that it's a human rights issue and you know, everyone has the right for equal rights and and pushing for that.

I think you know the Sports realized that it has a powerful voice and a place in pushing for better living standards for everyone around the world.
