That's according to Lebanese state media. It's been five months since one of the biggest non nuclear blasts on record 200 people were killed on thousands injured. Interpol has issued what are called red notices for the individuals. A red notice is not an arrest warrant, but asks authorities to provisionally detain people pending a possible extradition or other legal action. Interpol regularly issues red notices at the request of member states. Big questions still remain about the ammonium nitrate that detonated after being stored at the port for years, state media reports Inter Pol also issued a notice for a Portuguese trader who examined the cargo at Beirut port in 2014. Lebanese officials have faced accusations off negligence, with some port and customs employees detained in connection to the blast. The captain of the ship, Boris Park Chev, told Reuters that he was shocked at the news and didn't understand what could be the basis for his possible arrest.
