Subtitles section Play video Print subtitles Brady is a leader. He's a quarterback. But slow down on the GM talk. Yeah, I think when you when you start, it is fine. Yes, you wanna play with great players and Tom Brady certainly is able to talk to a great friend like Gronkowski or talk to Antonio Brown. Antonio Brown didn't have any other options, so it's easy to say, Hey, I'll get him right. He could come live with me for a little bit. You signing toe a small deal. Leonard Fournette. This was the best place for Leonard Fournette, but Jason, like you got to talk about the guys that he's drafted. Whether it's the Devon White to the world, Whitfield's off the world understanding, signing Jpp and free agency, bringing Tom Brady to Tampa Bay, convincing him to leave New England. Tristan worth the big tackle out of Iowa. That wasn't Tom Brady drafting him. That was the general manager. And I understand. Yes, Tom Brady. People wanna play for we're gonna give Tom the credit for that. I get it. But the real credit goes to the general manager in Jason. Like, who put this team together? I gotta say it looked a lot more crowded at Raymond James Stadium than I would have anticipated. But there were a bunch of stiffs out there in the crowd in the NFL. Did amazing job in terms of putting, filling in those spaces. I mean, think about it. If you were sitting in seat 89 in 10 and 11, it's somebody you know, like, Hey, he's not talking to me. What's going on? That the NFL did a hell of a job in doing that and putting that together for sure? Yes, I wish they had just left doing the ceremony, but everybody was still there. Why isn't this guy blinking? He hasn't blinking in three hours. Better late than never. We actually talked about this a couple of months ago because it's very emotional when you get the call from the hall and we expected it for Peyton Manning, by the way, Manning on the field with Brady. But the fact that Brady was playing and Manning was just standing on the field being accomplished. We got it for Charles Woodson. But better late than never, for the legendary cowboy Drew Peterson, who is in Yeah, the senior committee put him in and and he deserved to be in. He deserved to be in. He's one of those Dallas Cowboys from the great UH, 70 teams that we're going to championships and doing things under the legendary coach Tom Landry. Andrew Grierson. People kinda jumped on the table for him over the last several years, pushing to get him in. You know, hats off to the committee for finally realizing this guy who was something special for the Dallas Cowboys is West as well as the rest of the National Football League. Growing up a Dallas Cowboy fan having an opportunity to see him play is amazing. And, lastly, speaking of great players that will one day be in Canton Saturday night, NFL honors the NFL's defensive Player of the Year is easy as it gets it. Is this Aaron? Donald? I mean, Aaron Donald does it over and over again. Despite what it was you could tell. The Rams missed him against Seattle and against Green Bay, he was banged up. He was injured. He tried to play those games, but he just wasn't the same Aaron Donald on. And had he played at full strength, he may have been a factor in the Green Bay Packer game. You just never know he had a rib injury. That sort of really affected him. And he was in tears after that game because his keys said, Never mind getting to the Super Bowl. Sometimes just getting as far as they did is not easy to do. J. Your observations on Keys, observations My observation that Key Miss is last night's halftime show was absolutely fire. The weekend destroyed the scene. I loved it. I love seeing everybody on the field, the marching key. I know you feel differently, but I don't think you're in tune with the weekend vibe. That's all I'm gonna say. It was fine. No, he said. It was horrible to exchange. Don't count your words now, he said. It was horrific. It wasn't what I thought it was. Fine, Whatever. What did you think it was gonna wait for the weekend and I thought it would be Evan. Evan doesn't even know any songs by the weekend, so he's not even involved in this. I just thought blinded by the light, I thought it would be cool and have a couple other acts a single act. I mean, if it was If it was, if it was if it was prince r M J or something like that, then I'd be like, Yeah, okay. One person is cool. But you see, I retracted my comments and I was like, It's a pandemic Walls. Never mind. You know me, I'm the grammatical stickler. Just spell it right, bro. W e k E N d. I don't need any of this crazy stuff. That's fine. Whatever, e have the text saying to prove it. Tell them, let me ask you, let me ask you guys this real quick cause you guys are much more shockingly here pop culture than I actually anybody is. But there's been, ah, lot of discussion that the Super Bowl halftime show. It just used to be a pop culture phenomenon. And there's been some talk over the last few years. I mean, legends like the late, great Prince Michael Jackson. These guys aren't around anymore. Toe wow us. But there's been some talk over the last few years that like, yeah, you stop for it. Yeah, it's something, but it used to be like, Whoa, the Super Bowl. Half people would die. Artists would die to do anything to get on that. And now it's just people are questioning its relevance. Is that legit? I think to a degree it depends on who the act is. I guess weekend is popping. He's cracking, he's relevant. But I just like if either through in some Drake in there, maybe and grab somebody else and put them in there probably would have just given it more sizzle to me. Can they share the stage like I don't know, Like those two guys, both headliners going to share the stage? Yeah, drink is the one that put the weekend on to begin with. So it's just explain the whole Rovio sound and how they all operate up in Canada. But the weekend also, they put $7 million of his own money into the performance of it. So the performance of it looked incredible. I'm not. I just wanted to see more. I mean, give me a little cardi B mixed in there. Give me something. Just give me something. Cardi B. Huge endorser for Pepsi. It was the Pepsi halftime show, right? J Just if you go through a little Sprinkle of kardian have been too much for him? No, Uh, that have been too much. Yeah, way.
