It's outside.

It's fresh air, it's vitamin D.

It's doing something good for the environment.

And it's good, gentle exercise.

And quite often it's a new activity for people.

E e way make a difference It's not.

I don't feel like it's just about the rubbish that we pick up, but I feel like it's about sharing a message of what we're doing.

And e guess teaching people about recycling using less plastic.

I think a lot of people walk around the boardwalk and think that Sydney Harbor is beautiful and pristine, and it is a very clean water way compared to others in the world.

But once you're down here in a kayak, or if you go for a swim, you really noticed just how much rubbish is down there.
