It's a morbidly satisfying moment, but the real takeaway is that Shiga Rocky now has the bullets that can erase a person's quirk.

What is he going to do with it?

Probably something horrendous.

Number two Endeavor is number one, with all might retired.

It was only a matter of time before the current line up of top tier heroes were shuffled around with none other than Endeavour taking on the number one spot.
