I am Garbine Muguruza and this is everything I eat in a day.

So the first thing I do when I wake up is I go straight to my coffee machine to prepare my long black coffee.
每天早上起床我做的第一件事,就是直接跑到我的咖啡機前來泡一杯美式咖啡。
I'm a big coffee drinker, so I need that before anything else.
我超愛喝咖啡,所以我起床之後必須先來個一杯。
So after I had my morning coffee and I am awake, I would start preparing my regular breakfast.
在喝完早上的咖啡,神智清醒之後,我便會開始準備我的日常早餐。
As a tennis player, obviously I need a lot of energy.
作為一名網球選手,我顯然需要大量的能量。
So my typical breakfast would be a big bowl of oatmeal, and I would add some protein powder, blue berries, strawberries, some honey, and I would mix it all up with some almond milk.
所以一般來說我的早餐會有一大碗的燕麥粥,然後我會在裡面加上一些蛋白粉、藍莓、草莓、一些蜂蜜,最後加上杏仁奶把全部東西攪拌均勻。
Because that gives me a lot of energy the entire morning, which is you know my most strong moment of the day, and I would finish it up with some multigrain toast with cream cheese that I love. That would be my regular breakfast.
這樣便能給我一整個早晨所需的滿滿能量,而早晨是我一天中訓練最嚴苛的時候。最後我還會來點全麥土司,上面塗上一些我最愛的奶油起司。以上就是我日常的早餐。
But there is a few days of the year where I can you know allow myself to eat everything that I don't eat during the year, and then I would have some pancakes or French bakery that I love. But that's few days of the year only.
但一年當中我也有幾個日子會放縱自己吃平常不吃的東西。我會來點鬆餅,或是我最愛的法式麵包。但一年之中只有幾天,偶爾而已啦。
During my morning which is pretty long, workouts and exercise usually takes like 4 or 5 hours in a row.
早上我會進行很長時間的鍛鍊和運動,一次通常會持續四到五個小時。
I really concentrate on having high energy and to not feel weak, so I almost eat little bites every hour, like a banana and dates. I would eat sports gels.
我非常注重讓身體處於高能量狀態,讓我不會覺得自己虛弱下來,所以我每個小時都會吃幾口東西來補充體力,像是香蕉、椰棗等等。我也會吃運動果膠。
I feel like dates are very interesting because it gives me a lot of energy and it's like a healthy sugar.
我覺得椰棗是個非常有趣的食物,因為它不但能提供我大量能量, 還內含有優質的糖分。
So I really love them.
所以我真的很愛椰棗。
My typical lunch would be something easy to digest, something that keeps me going — rice, white rice with some vege.
我日常的午餐會是比較容易消化,但又能讓我繼續奮戰下去的東西。通常有白飯和一些蔬菜。
I like also to add some chicken and some white fish, like a big plate of colorful and different things.
我還喜歡加一些雞肉和白肉魚,組成一大盤五彩繽紛又種類繁多的午餐。
Something that makes you feel full and recharged, but at the same time that allows me to keep going. Usually in the afternoons, I also have to train and exercise, so I wanna eat and feel like ok, I feel good, but in a few hours I can go and run again.
這些都是能讓人感到飽足且重振活力,但在同時又不會拖累我繼續奮戰的食物。通常在下午時,我也會進行訓練和健身,所以我想要吃點會讓我覺得振奮心情,但在經過兩個小時後就能重新開始運動的食物。
I try not eat with a lot of sauces. I feel to go to my bedroom and have a siesta. That's not what I want.
我會試著避免吃太多醬料。吃太多會讓我想回房間睡午覺,而我可不想這樣偷懶!
In the afternoon, after the whole training and workout — so exhausted, that I always have a protein shake to recover.
在下午訓練和健身完之後,因為實在太累了,所以都會喝一杯蛋白質乳清飲料來恢復體力。
Vanilla is my favorite flavor, and I mix it up with some cherry juice, which is a very natural antioxidant.
我最喜歡的是香草口味,然後我還會混一些櫻桃汁進去,而櫻桃汁其實是種非常天然的抗氧化劑。
I drink it very fast. It feels very good to me and to my stomach.
我很快就能把它全部喝下肚,而這個飲料感覺對我的身體和腸胃都很好。
And here comes the good part—the treat of the day. I always eat a piece of chocolate in the afternoon, milk chocolate with some, I don't know, almond.
接下來就是最棒的部分了:每天給自己的獎勵時間!我通常會在下午時吃一塊巧克力。上面有著杏仁之類東西的牛奶巧克力。
It always gives me like, okay, I need this, this is my treat, and then I have a smile.
每次吃的時候我都會覺得:「很好,這就是我要的。給自己的獎勵!」,然後不禁笑逐顏開。
I am half Venezuelan and half Spanish.
我有一半的委內瑞拉和一半的西班牙血統。
From Spain, my favorite food would be jamón ibérico, and also tortilla de patatas, which is a Spanish omelette that have potatoes, onions and eggs. I love that. It's so good.
我最喜歡的西班牙食物是伊比利火腿,還有西班牙馬鈴薯蛋餅。這是種由馬鈴薯、洋蔥和雞蛋做成的西班牙式烘蛋。我超愛這道菜的,真的很好吃。
And from Venezuela, I love arepas. It's a classic dish. Everybody loves it. It's like a corn tortilla, and You can fill it up with anything you want.
至於委內瑞拉食物,我最愛的是阿瑞巴玉米麵包。這是經典菜色,大家都喜歡。它就像是玉米薄餅那樣,你可以在裡面裝任何你喜歡的料進去。
My favorite food city would Rome. I just love Italian food. I love pasta. I love pizza, tiramisu, gelato.
我最喜歡的美食之都是羅馬。我真的很愛義大利食物。我愛義大利麵,我愛披薩、提拉米蘇、義式冰淇淋。
I'm not like a big snacker.
我沒有特別喜歡吃零食。
I feel like I need have everything under control and organized. I feel like I start eating here and there, then it's like nonstop.
我總覺得自己得好好自制並保持自我管理,因為我覺得只要我一開始隨便想吃就吃,之後肯定就停不下來了!
If I have it yesterday, I can have it today and tomorrow. You know, at the end of the day, I am an athlete.
如果我昨天破戒了,那我今天和明天亂吃零食也無所謂。但到頭來,我還是一名職業運動員。
So nutrition is maybe one of the most important parts.
所以注意攝取多少營養可能是最重要的部分之一。
So because I took my protein shake, my protien recovery, I don't feel that feeling of "I am gonna eat the world!"
因為我在下午有喝了乳清飲料,補充了蛋白質,所以到了晚上我不會有那種「我要大吃特吃!」的感覺。
And so my typical dinner would be... I love cream, like cream soups and pumpkin soup.
所以我在晚餐通常會吃... 我喜歡濃湯,像是南瓜湯之類的。
I would add potatoes and carrots and leeks and onions.
我會在裡面加入一些馬鈴薯、胡蘿蔔、韭蔥和洋蔥。
I don't know. It's like a big soup. You feel like good when you have it. Doesn't disappear. You feel it.
不知道怎麼說欸,總之就是很大的一碗湯,在喝的時候會覺得很滿足。它不會吃下去就感覺不見了,你能實際感覺到它還在胃裡面。
And then I can add some protein if I feel still hungry or if I have a very strong day.
如果我還是覺得餓,或是當天進行的訓練強度非常高的話,我還會再加上一些蛋白質。
And I also always eat like a yogurt at night when I am watching TV or watching a movie. I just sit there in my couch in my living room and I'm just like eating a yogurt.
然後我總會在晚上的時候一邊吃優格,一邊看電視或電影。我會坐在客廳裡的沙發上,舒舒服服地吃著優格。
Before a very important match, I tend to eat less than more, just because you are so nervous and you are so tense that your stomach is just like — it's closed.
在重要的比賽前夕,我通常會吃得少而不是吃得多。因為我實在太緊張了,壓力實在太大,讓胃整個揪起來不讓食物進去。
In general, I feel like I eat everything.
一般來說,我覺得我什麼都吃。
But I try to avoid very oily food.
但我會儘量避免非常油膩的食物。
I also tend to avoid like sauces, creamy sauces.
我也傾向於避免吃到醬汁,尤其是濃厚的那種醬汁。
If you have to find the food in the sauce, then it's like "I gonna pay the price!"
如果得吃浸泡在醬汁裡面的食物,我總會心想:「接下來要難受囉!」
I feel like my digestion is gonna take forever.
我感覺自己的消化系統要花上一輩子才能把那種食物消化掉。
After winning a big trophy, I always want to eat a nice piece of steak with a nice bottle of red wine—Spanish, of course.
在一場大賽中勝出後,我總是會想要吃一塊高級的牛排,配上一瓶高檔紅酒-當然得是西班牙產的囉!
And my mom would for sure prepare some desserts—she is a great cook.
然後我媽一定會準備一些甜點-她可是個好廚師。
My favorite meal to go would be anything you throw in the BBQ.
我最喜歡的食物是任何丟到 BBQ 烤盤上的東西。
In the grill, everything tastes good, no matter you can throw — fish, veges, chicken, meat, burgers — you are safe.
在烤盤上,什麼東西都好吃。什麼都一樣。你可以烤魚、烤蔬菜、烤雞、烤肉、烤漢堡排-都不會雷!
Like you can't go wrong, and it's easy on the top of that, so I am a BBQ master.
烤什麼都沒問題,而且又簡單。所以我可說是個 BBQ 烤肉大師!
And that's everything I eat in a day.
