- Hey everybody.
It's Chante Adams
and I am about to show you my night time routine.
So let's get into it.
(upbeat music)
I'm not a really big makeup girl.
Like when I go out on that every day,
I kind of just leave my face natural,
because I believe in natural beauty
and just, presenting what God gave you.
And also I'm lazy so,
but I do love a good glam session and I do love going out.
So when I do,
I usually start with
the Tatcha Cleansing Oil.
I don't have any makeup on right now though.
So I won't use that, but this is how it looks.
And I just kind of squirt some on a cotton pad
and it takes the makeup right off.
So what we're gonna start with today.
I'm using the whole line of Tatcha products right now.
I kind of suffered with acne scars a little bit.
You can still see some of them,
but I've been noticing them clearing up lately.
And I've been using this brand for,
I wanna say about two months now.
And yeah, I've been really noticing a difference.
So I really like it.
I wash with The Rice Wash.
It comes in this very pretty purple bottle.
So, let's get into it.
I'll try to get facials like,
twice a year,
if I'm good about it, then at least once a year, if I'm not,
you never know how many blackheads you have
until you get a proper facial.
That's what I've learned.
So I really liked to get facials.
Seeing a dermatologist, I do like to,
but I honestly, I only go to the dermatologist
when I feel like there's something wrong.
I never go to sleep with a full face
and it's not even because I care about my skin.
I just don't wanna be getting my pillow dirty.
But I do also care about my skin too.
And I noticed that I'm more prone to acne.
If I leave my makeup on.
I mean, we've all done it.
(laughs)
Okay.
I feel like I'm in a Clearsil commercial.
(splashing water)
So...
It's everywhere. It's everywhere.
Usually, when I dry my face,
I either let it air dry or I'll use a paper towel.
I don't really dry my face with towels,
or washcloths or anything like that,
just because of the rubbing.
But I'm in a hotel room tonight and there's no paper towel,
so I'm just going to dab really lightly.
Okay. Moving on.
So the next product I use in the Tatcha line
is The Essence.
It looks like that it comes in a
really pretty glass bottle.
And I kind of use this just as like a toner.
It's also supposed to really soften the skin, brighten it,
like just make you look very glowy.
So this is usually what I do next.
And you can put this on a cotton pad,
or you can just like put it in your hand
and just kind of dab it around your face.
Just like that.
Then I just kinda let that air dry.
The next step is to moisturize.
This is the cutest moisturizer I've ever seen in my life.
It even comes with a golden spoon.
It's specifically for dry skin,
which I have my skin, like,
(Chante slurps)
just absorbs water really quickly, very fast.
So I don't spend if I don't put on some type of moisturizer,
I will feel like I just got fresh Botox.
It just gets real tight.
So I put about this much probably on the spoon,
and it's such a pretty purple color.
And I just set in and lock in the moisture.
I really love this moisturizer because
it not only makes my skin feel soft and moisturized,
it also gives it a really nice glow at the end,
to be honest, probably.
I mean, once I hit my twenties,
I started to develop a skin care routine.
But when I was a teenager,
that's definitely the days where
I probably went to sleep with makeup on.
I was also just learning about makeup and skincare
and, priorities were just way different then,
but now I try to take as best care as I can.
Baby, let me tell you something.
If you know, you know.
I can't go anywhere without some type
of lip moisturizer, chapstick, Vaseline.
I mean, usually,
the product that I'm gonna show you guys,
which is also on the Tatcha line, I use last.
The Japanese peach lip jelly.
I didn't even know it was called that.
I just call it my lip stuff.
I just usually open this puppy up,
stick it on my lips like that,
giving me a nice little glow.
Okay.
It's like, I'm ready for bed,
but I'm also ready for the club.
So thanks for getting ready for bed with me.
(Chante laughs)
We're done.
