I really like to eat rice balls with edamame, kombu... and pickled vegetables

我很喜歡吃毛豆跟昆布...加在一起之類的那種醃漬菜或是那種飯團

The recipe I saw online uses tuna

然後我在網上看到的食譜是用鮪魚

But since I have leftover salmon, I just used salmon

但是因為我覺得我還有剩下的鮭魚

And I want to make oxtail soup for dinner tonight

I'm stewing the oxtail over here

(This is the recipe I wrote for my friend) I usually blanch the oxtail first, and then pan-fry it

現在是晚上的5點55分

And then let the oxtail boil in water for about... 1.5 to 2 hours

然後今天晚餐呢想要喝牛尾湯

Then I'll add in the other ingredients

然後我這邊現在正在燉牛尾

When the oxtail is almost ready

（寫給朋友的食譜 給大家參考） 牛尾湯我一般會先讓它就是川燙然後乾煎之後

I will throw in the other ingredients for the oxtail soup

大概先讓它自己跟就是牛尾加水先燉差不多...1.5到2個小時

The ingredients are basically these

然後我才會加料

Onions, celery, tomatoes, and potatoes

然後等到那邊燉好之後

It is actually pretty time consuming

我就會放其他就是牛尾湯的湯料

We might be able to eat dinner around 8

然後料的話呢基本上就差不多是這樣

But I really want to drink oxtail soup tonight

會有洋蔥 芹菜 番茄 還有馬鈴薯

(Stir-fry the ingredients first)

整體其實要燉蠻久的

(The pot is too heavy! I have to spoon it haha!)

就是我們應該可能快要8點才可以吃到晚餐

(Let's drool together!) This soup looks super delicious

但是今天太想喝牛尾湯了

After you throw in the ingredients, cook for another hour

（先把料炒一下）

Add in the potatoes in the last 20 minutes

（鍋子超重！只好用撈的哈哈！）

The meat is so tender, oh gosh

（大家一起流口水吧！） 這湯看起來超好喝

Look, it's already 8:14pm now

把料丟進去之後再差不多煮個一個小時

Let's have a piece of meat first

最後20分鐘加馬鈴薯

Then... Potatoes

整個肉都超嫩 天啊

馬鈴薯的話 就不要太早放

After all, we've been cooking for about... three hours in total

大概起鍋前20分鐘

就太早放的話它會整個融化掉在湯裡

可是一直想說它感覺是很可怕的那種影集

So we just kept watching and then

但是大概前...大前天吧

I do really like it, but it's also really scary

我們突然間有一天轉到想說

I think it's scary

好 那就來看看大家為什麼到底那麼喜歡

Because I'm afraid to watch monster... supernatural kind of film

就這樣一路一直看一看結果

But this is really good

真的還蠻喜歡 但其實真的還蠻可怕

So since three days ago...

我覺得蠻可怕

We have consecutively watched four episodes every night

因為我不太敢看那種怪物那種...超自然的片

Oh no, it's probably...

但這部真的拍得蠻好的

More than that, it's about 4 or 5 days ago

然後我們就一路大概從大前天

We watch 3 to 4 episodes every day

每天晚上看個四集四集四集

And we're finally at season 3 right now

喔沒有大概已經是...

It's really good

超過了大概4 5 天前開始看

I finally understand why everyone loves it

然後我們就每天看個3 4 集 3 4集

But we're going to watch... maybe one more episode before going to sleep

我們現在終於看到第三季

Because we are going to brunch tomorrow morning

就真的很好看

Ever since I had Din Tai Fung's noodles with minced pork and found that it has tomato in it, I always add tomato in mine now~ it's delicious!
