Let's call her together. Oh, Smartie! (phone rings) - Hiya Elmo. Check this out, it's my favorite. Alphabet soup. (Elmo Laughs) - Yeah. Oh that's perfect Smartie, because Elmo wants to learn all about the alphabet today - Well, what do we do to learn something new? - [Both] We look it up. - Getting the A to Z on the alphabet. Here we go! (upbeat music) You can find letters of the alphabet all around us. They're on street signs, and even doors and windows. There are uppercase letters, which are letters that are big. And there are lowercase letters, which are letters that are small. Some letters have straight lines like the letter T. Other letters have fun curvy lines Like the letter S. When you put letters together you can sound them out and make all sorts of wonderful words. - C-A-T. - That Spells cat. (Elmo laughs) - Elmo loves seeing the letters of the alphabet make words. - Yeah, It's pretty A-mazing. Well, I got a word search waiting for me. I'll Z you later. - I'll Z you later. Thank you Smartie. (Elmo laughs) - Hey, that gives Elmo an idea. Let's play a game together. Yeah come on, come on. (playful music) (Elmo Drawing) Let's see how many letters we can find in this picture. Are you ready? Let's play. Boy Elmo doesn't see any letters. - [Child] There's a B! - [Elmo] A B? Oh, I know! A Cocoa cashew smoothie. - Oh, that look delicious. Chocolatey, creamy, and full of things that start with letter C. What do we need? - Well, we're gonna need some milk, a banana, cocoa powder, cashews and salt. - Got it. Oh look, cashew look like little letter C. And C is for cookie. And me love cookie! - Uh-oh (Cookie Monster munching) - Oh Cookie Monster! - Oh, me sorry. You know what? Me got carried away. Oh boy. Oh, now we no can make Cocoa cashew smoothie for Corey. Me going home, bye bye. - Oh don't sweat it big boy. Come on, We can get more cashews from the cashew farm. - Really? - Yeah. Come on I got your back. Come on. I show you, I show you. - You a sweetheart. (upbeat music) - [Both] To the cashew farm! ♪ Cashew farm cashew farm ♪ ♪ We're going to the cashew farm ♪ - Boy, oh boy, oh boy, oh boy. Here we are at the - [Both] cashew farm. - [Cookie Monster] Oh, hello there Mr. Farmer. - [Gonger] Hi. - [Cookie Monster] We need cashews to make Cocoa cashew smoothie. Can you help us please? - Hello cookie monster and Gonger. Welcome to my cashew farm. Sure, I can help you. Cashew nuts grow on trees. The tree grows fruit, and on the outside of each fruit there's exactly one cashew. The fruit is picked. The cashews are carefully taken off, collected, and taken to a factory. At the factory they're first dried in the sun then put into a big oven, called a furnace, to roast. After this, they're cooled and sent to these tables where the shells are cracked by hand. Once they're cracked open, they're sorted according to their size and put into packages. Here are some cashews to make Cocoa cashew smoothies Cookie Monster and Gonger. - [Cookie Monster] Oh, thank you Mr. Farmer. (playful music) ♪ Cashews cashews ♪ ♪ We're going home with cashews ♪ - Okay, Chef Gonger. We got cashews for Cocoa cashew smoothie, but me wonder how we drink them? - Well, what if we take a little lookie and check the recipe? - Good idea, let's try. - [Gonger] Okay, so we put one cup of milk into the blender. - One cup milk into blender. Yeah. Yeah. - Then we add one banana-nana-nana-nana. - Putting banana in blender. Yeah. Okay. - Now, three teaspoons of cocoa powder. - Three teaspoons cocoa powder. - And half a cup of cashews. - Oh half cup of cashews, yeah. Oh, look at that. - And add a pinch of salt. - Pinch of salt. - Now, set the blender to liquefy Setting blender to liquefy. (blender whirs) - Hang on to it! - Oh, Oh - Yeehaw! - Oh!
