Almost a thirdoflarge U.S. companiesareexperimentingwitheither a four-dayor a four-and-a-half-dayworkweek.

WhenBowen, HoburgandtwoothersattemptedtolaunchforthefirsttimeinFebruary 2023, on a SpaceXFalconIXrocketandCrewDragoncapsule, theyscrubbedwithjusttwominutesleftontheclockduetoanissuewithigniterfluid.
Welaterlearnedthatitwasactually a NASApersonintheroomwhohadmadethecallnottodothat.
And I lookingbackatitandthinkingaboutthatwillingnesstosayno, tostop, tosay, wedon't needtolaunchtoday.
Wereallyappreciatedthatandthat -- that's anexampleofwherewe'vemoved a littlebitpast, hopefully, thethingsthathavegottenusintroubleinthepast.
