Remember, we're lowering and then moving to any direction. So we're doing bounce. Now from here, we're pushing from the right foot and moving to the left. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8. 1, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8. 1, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8. And now let's break it down, all right? So we're going to start, as I said, from the bounce, right? We're going to move to the left, so our pushing leg is the right. So now from the bounce, I'm pushing 1, 2, 3, yes? On 1, 2, 3, entire three counts, my hip moves forward and around and back, yes? Exactly the same way like we did in the previous video where I talked about fundamental hip action in samba. So hip goes forward and around. On count 4, I keep rising up. 4, I'm collecting my thighs really tight together, yes? I'm opening my hip, I'm moving my hip back. And now 5, 6, 7, 8, I am doing the same action with the hip. I'm moving it forward, so I'm bouncing, right? That's bounce. 5, 6, 7, right? So 5, 6, 7, forward, side and back. 8 is the step to decide, yes? 8, and again, right away I'm leaning into the bounce. 1, 2, 3, 4, hip back, 5, 6, 7, hips forward in the bounce on 6, 6, 7, 8, and hip goes forward and around. And now I'm pushing my whole weight on the right foot and I'm pushing myself to the left like in the very beginning. And 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 1, 2, right? Forward and around, and forward and around, forward and around, and forward and around, forward and around, and forward and around. So now let's repeat the same action from the different side, from the different angle. I'm sweating already. Okay, so starting from the remember, you first have to go down, then you move, right? You never move in samba from straight. So you're lowering, then you're moving, right? And 1, 2, 3, bounce, 1, 2, 3, 4, hip up, 5, bounce, bounce, right? Right here you can practice this action. 5, and 5, 6, 7, 8, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 1, a 2, 1, a 2. Make sure that you pressing down into the floor, right? So feel like you have something on your shoulders. Pretend that you have something heavy on your shoulders which pressing you down, right? So don't make your action up and down. Don't make your action up and down very light, right? So make it a little bit more grounded. Down, up, down, down, 2, 2, and 1, 2, 3, 4, hip up, 5, 6, 7, 8, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, right? So guys, the main thing here is that forward and around action, right? So that was my main concentration. Make sure that you enough attention into the bounce and forward and around action.
