During one scene, the 56-year-old suffers a spasm in her foot after a recording session for her song, Love Again.

While the tearful singer is unable to speak during this time, she communicates by squeezing a team member's hand.

Put your fingers in her hand.

Her foot started spasming before, and I was like, it's taking a lot longer.

Then she did it again, happened again.

She's putting that blood pressure cuff on you, boss.

I'm right here with you, boss.

As for what exactly was happening to Celine's body during that scene, her physician, Dr. Amanda Paquette, tells Today.com, that anxiety, that panic, that continued spasm that was not breaking, then very quickly triggered just a complete whole body spasm.

This is a spasm that is occurring, and patients are aware of what's going on.

There's a lot of anxiety.

There's a lot of panic.

Your adrenaline's rushing.

Despite her health battle, Celine has promised to eventually return to the stage and perform again for her fans.

I still see myself dance and sing.

And I always find plan B and C, you know?

Most recently, Celine was joined by her 23-year-old son, Rene Charles Angelil, who she shares with late husband, Rene Angelil, at the red carpet premiere of her documentary in New York City on June 17.
