It's simply a lie, number one.

Number two, the idea that you have a right to seek retribution against any American just because you're president is wrong, is simply wrong.

No president's ever spoken like that before.

No president in our history has spoken like that before.

Number three, the crimes that you are still charged with, and think of all the civil penalties you have.

Billions of dollars do you owe in civil penalties for molesting a woman in public, for doing a whole range of things, of having sex with a porn star on the night, while your wife was pregnant.

I mean, what are you talking about?

You have the morals of an alley cat.

Do you have a minute, sir?

I didn't have sex with a porn star, number one.

I mean, that pretty much sums up the difference between these two candidates.

We're talking about a guy who is right now contending with hundreds of millions of dollars for lawsuits that he lost regarding sexual assault and business fraud.

Donald Trump standing on that stage and lying about having sex with a porn star while his wife was at home with their infant son really does put on full display the DIFFERENCE between these two men.

I didn't have sex with a porn star will be the quote of this debate, because it's the perfect distillation of who Trump is, a liar and a cheater.

President Trump, will you take any action as president to slow the climate crisis?

So I want absolutely immaculate, clean water, and I want absolutely clean air.

And we had it.

We had H2O.

We had the best numbers ever.

And we did.

We were using all forms of energy, all forms, everything.

We're in a situation where the idea that he is claiming to have done something that had the cleanest water, the cleanest water, he hadn't done a damn thing with the environment.

He pulled out of the Paris Peace Accord, Climate Accord, I immediately joined it, because if we reach 1.5 degrees Celsius at any one point, there's no way back.

The only existential threat to humanity is climate change, and he didn't do a damn thing about it.

He wants to undo all that I've done.

And there it is.

On the issue that is most important to humanity, the issue of climate change, Donald Trump's response to the question was that he had, quote, H2O.

In reality, Trump withdrew the U.S. from the Paris Climate Agreement and just asked oil CEOs for a BILLION DOLLARS to his campaign in exchange for eliminating Biden-era wind and solar policies, water policies, and EV policies.

The notion that Trump will protect the environment, or as he bizarrely explains, H2O, is an utter joke.

He made up the suckers and losers, so he should apologize to me right now.

The four-star general standing at your side was on your staff who said you said it.

Period.

That's number one.

And number two, the idea, the idea that I have to apologize to you for anything along the line.

We've done more for veterans than any president has in American history.

American history.

And they now are in their family.

The only sacred obligation we have as a country is to care for our veterans when they come home and their families, and equip them when they go to war.

That's what we're doing.

That's what the VA is doing now.

They're doing more for veterans than ever before in our history.

Senator Donald Trump is desperately backpedaling from the fact that he called veterans suckers and losers.

And of course Trump claimed that 19 people said he didn't say that, but everybody knows that Trump can find sycophants who will say what he wants them to say.

The MORE important point is the fact that General John Kelly confirmed that Trump DID say it.

So Trump can point to the Stephen Millers of the world until he's blue in the face to lie on his behalf, but John Kelly has nothing to gain by lying about what Donald Trump said.

And for a guy for whom the closest thing to military service was calling avoiding getting an STD his own personal Vietnam, it's not exactly far-fetched to recognize that Kelly was telling the truth.

A complex, but not really complex, 51 years ago, you had Roe v. Wade and everybody wanted to get it back to the states, everybody, without exception, Democrats, Republicans, liberals, conservatives, everybody wanted it back, religious leaders.

And what I did is I put three great Supreme Court justices on the court and they happened to vote in favor of killing Roe v. Wade and moving it back to the states.

This is something that everybody wanted.

Do not sleep on the significance of that answer right there.

Style aside, this is an issue that actually sends voters to the polls.

And right here, Donald Trump made it abundantly clear where HE stands.

He supports the ruling overturning Roe, and he will 100% sign a nationwide ban on abortion.

If you think the situation in this country as far as reproductive rights is bad NOW, with 10-year-old rape victims fleeing to neighboring states for abortions, that is just the tip of the iceberg in terms of what we can expect if Trump wins the election.

When Trump says that everyone wanted him to do it, I'm not sure he is CAPABLE of a bigger lie.

But look, obviously the issue of age is very important in this election, and with Donald

Trump just 3 years younger than Biden, he was asked to allay any fears about HIS age, and here's what he had to say.

For President Trump, to follow up, you would be 82 at the end of your second term.

What do you say to voters who have concerns about your capabilities to serve?

Well, I took two tests, cognitive tests.

I aced them, both of them, as you know.

We made it public.

He took none.

I'd like to see him take one, just one, a real easy one.

Like go through the first five questions.

He couldn't do it.

But I took two cognitive tests.

I took physical exams every year.

And you know, we knock on wood, wherever we may have wood, that I'm in very good health.

I just won two club championships, not even senior.

Two regular club championships.

To do that, you have to be quite smart, and you have to be able to hit the ball a long way.

And I do it.

He doesn't do it.

He can't hit a ball 50 yards.

He challenged me to a golf match.

He can't hit a ball 50 yards.

I think I'm in very good shape.

I feel that I'm in as good a shape as I was 25, 30 years ago.

Actually, I'm probably a little bit lighter.

There you have it.

Donald Trump says not to worry about his age because he aced a test intended to detect dementia and also that he won two golf club championships at his own golf courses.

I'm not sure what to say about that, but hey, congrats on handing yourself a golf trophy?

Will you accept the results of the election, regardless of who wins, yes or no, please?

If it's a fair and legal and good election, absolutely.

I would have much rather accepted these, but the fraud and everything else was ridiculous and if you want we'll have a news conference on it in a week, or we'll have another one of these in a week.

But I will absolutely, there's nothing I'd rather do.

It would be much easier for me to do that than I'm running again.

To be clear, that was the THIRD time that Trump was asked that question, and his answer all but confirmed that he will try and undermine the results of a free and fair election again.

He says of course he'll accept it IF it's fair and legal, but remember, the 2020 election

WAS fair, WAS legal, and still he made up a raft of lies about how it wasn't.

The guy brought forward 65 court cases and lost all but one, which shortened a cure deadline from three days, meaning that he will just DECIDE the election was stolen from him and move forward accordingly.

When he qualifies his acceptance of the election results by invoking the legitimacy of the results, just know that we've been here before.

That is the nebulous excuse he ALWAYS uses to justify his anti-democratic, dangerous behavior.

We won't make that mistake again.

And look, let's take a step back here.

Did Biden have more difficulty in this debate?

Yes.

But that's a question of style.

Biden was not polished, he stuttered, and yes, he is old.

But I would take that, any day of the week, over Donald Trump, a criminal, a liar, a conman, and an avowed dictator.

Trump is a threat to democracy, and the prospect of another Trump term would immediately imperil abortion rights, contraception rights, IVF, same-sex marriage, climate protections, clean energy transition, gun rights, LGBT rights, the Supreme Court, and democracy itself.

Biden is not perfect and Donald Trump is a skilled liar.

He practices EVERY day of his life.

I am less concerned about style than I am about results, and the results speak for themselves.

When Trump was president, his sole legislative accomplishment was a tax cut for millionaires and billionaires.

That's it.

Contrast that with Biden, who's presided over the American Rescue Plan, the Inflation

Reduction Act, the Infrastructure Law, the Gun Safety Law, the PACT Act, the CHIPS Act, the Violence Against Women Act, marriage equality, 800,000 manufacturing jobs, 15 million total jobs, a record high stock market, and the strongest economy in the world.

The US is the strongest it's ever been under Biden, and the world is safer under Biden.

That's what's on the ballot in November.

That's what will drive my vote.
