  • Hey, say it's a merry way day.

  • I'm just waiting for you.

  • Hi, Jack Hollywood.

  • Thanks, dude.

  • Well, I'm working a lot this past year.

  • Right now, I'm shooting a movie right here in L.A.

  • I just got done in Tampa, Florida, working with Bryan Cranston on a movie called "Infiltrator," directed by Brad Furman.

  • And, you know, the coming year, I've got a few projects coming up.

  • Good, good.

  • Have you directed?

  • Have you done anything?

  • Not yet.

  • Not yet.

  • I'm waiting.

  • The next time I do a television series, I'll start directing.

  • All right, that's fair.

  • What held you back?

  • Directing's not such an easy job.

  • It's not just saying action.

  • A lot of work goes into directing.

  • Actually, production is a good time.

  • Pre-production, post-production, this is real work.

  • So, are you playing superheroes these days?

  • No.

  • No, no, no.

  • Why don't I think of you like...

  • Good guys, bad guys.

  • I know, but I look at you as...

  • You remember me from "Greatest American Hero." I was a student on that.

  • We ain't great.

  • We're just some guys from Jersey.

  • If we can't be great, then there's no sense in ever playing music again, son.

  • So Eddie didn't actually die.

  • What he did is he tried to emulate Arthur Rimbaugh.

  • He gave his best work, and then he just disappeared for 18 years.

  • That's true.

  • Billy Cat was the superhero.

  • That's true.

  • You were a kid.

  • She's just a girl, you know what I mean?

  • Listen, she's got feelings just like you.

  • And all you guys, you treat her like she's some kind of a pushover.

  • She likes me.

  • She likes me because I treat her with respect.

  • That's all.

  • Why don't you try that?

  • Listen, send us some flowers.

  • Hey, I ain't no Cary Grant.

  • All right.

  • Well, blessings.

  • It's good to see you, and you're looking good and healthy.

  • Wow.

  • That sounds really interesting.

  • New York is sponsoring this empowerment of women and all these women's issues, and that's always very interesting to be involved in that, to take advantage of your celebrity to help out a worthy cause.

  • You know, trying to find a project that is going to sell around the world seems like a very interesting project.

  • You know, they have movies that are opening locally now. "The Avengers" opened.

  • It's a billion-dollar success.

  • You know, there's a world market for movies now, and they aren't all in English with subtitles.

  • So anytime I get a chance to be involved in a festival of the globe, festivals like this, yeah, these are where the young filmmakers are going to be looking for that story that's going to sell around the world and impact the entire planet.

  • And that's kind of bringing people together, music, film, paintings, art.

  • You know, this kind of stuff is very interesting.

  • I mean, why else would we be here except to bring us all together?

  • So this is a great idea.

  • You can see the fusion, a global fusion.

  • Having been the first Indian actor to make a transition from Bollywood to Hollywood and international cinema, cinema is my life and shall be my foreplace.

  • Actors and figures, the community leaders.

  • So they're the ones who watch some of those movies, and that spirit comes right in there.

  • Beautiful.

  • We are the one.

  • Thank you.

  • This is why I got involved with Bosnia in the first place, is that I'm an Indian movie producer, and I said, I want to make a movie in India.

  • I want to go to India.

  • I've been, I learned to meditate from, not from Paramahansa Yogananda, but from the Self-Realization Fellowship.

  • So I've been reading and dreaming about going to India one day, but it's one thing to go as a tourist.

  • It's another to go and work there and really live and get to know the people.

  • It's a completely different experience to work in a country than it is to visit.

  • So my selfish motivation was, I want to make a movie in India.

  • Shamina.

  • Shamina is here with me.

  • We're sharing a bed.

  • I'm going to make it.

  • I've been married three times.

  • We won't go into that.

  • This is a PG-rated show here.

  • There's nothing PG about that.

  • Hollywood.

  • This is Hollywood.

  • In Bollywood.

  • In Bollywood, yeah.

  • And I want to thank you for, you did some great interviews, and we're going to have fun with you tomorrow.

  • Yeah.

  • And we'll be seeing you in San Jose.

  • I'll see you in San Jose.

  • Silicon Valley.

  • Silicon Valley.

  • No, this is Silicon Valley.

  • Silicon Valley is where we go to festivals.

  • That's right.

  • This is Silicon.

  • Here.

  • Not me, but a lot of these people.

  • All right.

  • So we're trying to eat this.

  • Do you have anything else you want to say to the young kids out there who might want to be filmmakers you haven't done yet?

  • You've got to find a good story.

  • That's all it takes is a good story.

  • Wow, he's right.

  • Anyway, you're a good story.

  • Welcome.

  • Good to see you.

  • I'll see you in San Jose.

  • In San, do you know?

  • Do you know the way to San Jose?

  • You see, it's just one line and you have a hit.

  • You've got to hit one line.

  • One line and one story.

  • Good to see you, sweetie.

  • Hi, Beverly Hills Shaman.

  • I'm Mike Paré.

  • Nice to meet you.

  • You are so cool.

  • Hey, say it's a merry way day.

  • Happy way, your way.

  • Sun is up.

  • Happy, happy, happy day.

  • Love, love, love way.

  • Merry way day.

Hey, say it's a merry way day.
