  • Hey everyone!

  • Welcome back to Practice English with Anas, where we learn English through movies.

  • Today, we're diving into the amazing world of Inside Out 2.

  • This movie takes us on a journey inside the mind, showing how emotions like joy, sadness, and anger work together.

  • It's a fun way to understand not only emotions but also improve your English skills. We'll be breaking down key scenes, learning new vocabulary, and even practicing some useful expressions.

  • So, get ready, and let's explore Inside Out 2 while leveling up your English.

  • Let's get started!

  • First, we'll break down these emotions, learn how to describe feelings in English, and dive into some important scenes from the movie. I will show you some scenes of these emotions so you can understand more, and you have to give me an example for every emotion in the comments. Joy is the emotion that makes Riley feel happy and positive.

  • She's always optimistic, full of energy, and loves to make sure Riley sees the bright side of things.

  • In English, we can use expressions like "I'm over the moon" or "I'm feeling great" to describe this feeling. Anger is fiery and intense.

  • He's always ready to stand up for Riley when she feels like things are unfair or when she's frustrated.

  • But anger can also be dangerous if it gets out of control.

  • We can use expressions like "I can't take it anymore" or "I'm furious" to describe this feeling. Disgust is Riley's protector when it comes to things she finds gross or unappealing.

  • She helps Riley avoid things that could be harmful or socially unacceptable.

  • Phrases like "That's disgusting" or "I'm grossed out" capture this emotion in English. Sadness is the emotion that helps Riley when she's feeling down or going through something difficult.

  • She might seem like a problem at first because she makes Riley cry, but sadness plays an important role.

  • In English, we can use expressions like "I'm feeling blue" or "I'm down in the dumps" to describe this feeling.

  • Without the library job, I'd just be down in the dumps. Fear helps keep Riley safe by preventing her from making dangerous decisions.

  • He is cautious, worried, and anxious.

  • In English, we can use expressions like "freaked out" or "frozen with fear" to describe this feeling. What does the coach mean by "What a game?" The game was a disappointment to her.

  • The game was great;

  • she was only asking them about the game.

  • Your answer was incorrect.

  • Well, that's because you didn't watch the previous video.

  • Otherwise, you would have known that we use the phrase "what a something" to express our amazement at something.

  • By analyzing the coach's way of speaking and her tone of voice, you would understand that she was impressed with the game. The phrase "not a big deal" is used to indicate that something is not important or significant.

  • It suggests that the situation or issue being discussed is minor or not worth worrying about.

  • In this scene, Riley was acting like she didn't care, but her emotions knew she was lying, which is why Fear said, "Check out this example from The Croods." To change her mind means to alter or reverse a previous opinion, decision, or belief.

  • For example, in this scene, Anxiety discovered that the coach did not intend to include Riley on the team, so she wanted to change her opinion.

  • That's why she said, "Check out this example from How to Train Your Dragon." And now we move on to the shadowing segment, where you will listen to some scenes and will literally have to copy and paste the scene with the same emotions and speaking style as the original speaker.

  • This will insanely improve your accent, as well as your listening and speaking skills. But before we start, if you find the video helpful, please support the content by liking, subscribing, and leaving a comment to motivate me.

  • This will help me achieve my goal of reaching 10,000 subscribers before 2025.

  • Thank you! "Joy, I'm sorry.

  • I was just trying to protect her.

  • But I really hope that you can forgive me someday." "But I really hope that you can forgive me someday." "But I really hope that you can forgive me someday." "She can have really bad ideas."
