how to make a wall look like it has fog on it

in the Everquest II game I'm using a Misty Tile

click on the decorating menu at top and then click on the

tile that will bring up the little decorating

wheel. I am going to use scale to make it larger

and drag the cursor across the floor to make it larger

so that it i easier to see and easier to work with

then I will click on it again to bring up the decorating

wheel this time I'm going to use roll

and that will turn the tile vertical again dragging

the cursor across the screen makes the tile vertical

once I have it vertical I'm going to click on it again to

bring up the decorating wheel and use the up and down

to bring it up because part of it is in the floor

so it's up now

that I have it up and vertical l am going to click on it again

and choose the move function and move

it against wall going to put it right against the wall

going to put it right against the wall and click to leave it there click on it again

to get the decorating wheel and I'm going to use

scale again to make it larger so it covers more of the

wall, drag the cursor across the screen to make it

larger and click on it again

to bring part of it up out of the floor again because part of it is down in the floor

in it up on the wall little higher

so that it covers more of the wall and there is a wall

that looks like it has blue fog sliding down it
