I'm Mindy from Cute Girls Hairstyles,

and today I'm here with Kandee from KandeeJohnson.

I'm so excited good to have her here with us,

and we are going to show you a hairstyle that we're

calling sideswept two in one.

Because as you can see, we're doing lots of twos today.

So we thought we'd carry on the theme

and do a two-in-one hairstyle.

We're going to show you how to get

using the same hairstyle both a romantic version

and an edgy version.

-So kind of Taylor Swift and Rihanna-esque.

-Yes.

So you can decide whether you're Taylor Swift or Rihanna.

I think it sounds fabulous.

And then on Kandee's channel, we're

going to show you how to do the makeup for both

the romantic and the edgy as well.

So make sure you check that out.

OK, to begin the hairdo, what we've done

is already curled the hair using a NuMe curling wand.

And on her hair, I have done a little bit tighter curls.

And on this hair, we've done a little bit looser, softer, more

beachy type curls.

-So to make hers a little edgy, I'm

going to tease this up and make it a little more

rock and rolly-ish, and then we're going to do a braid

and then wrap it around and show you what we've got.

-Yes.

And I, because Taylor Swift tends

to leave her hair a little flatter and closer to her head,

am not going to tease her hair on this side.

And I'm going to go ahead and pull her bangs out

just so we add a little softness and fullness and side sweep it

all the way around the back, and then we're going to bobby pin.

So you guys have seen this before.

Lots of people are wearing it right now.

And the bobby pins are just going to be visually seen.

So don't panic if you can see bobbies.

Try to get ones that match their hair as close as possible.

I'm taking the bobby pins and I'm crossing them

so that it keeps the hair even in tighter.

And really all I'm going to need is probably just

those four because you can see that gives me a good side sweep

motion.

How's your teasing going?

-We're not quite there yet.

-Don't [INAUDIBLE].

-It's going to be a big tease.

-Isn't it like, the higher it is, the closer to God,

or something--

-The higher your hair, the closer to heaven.

-It kind of makes me nervous doing hair on your kid.

-On mine?

Yes, my fans are very intimidating.

And they will eat you alive if you don't do a good job.

-They will come through the camera

and criticize your braiding skills.

-You guys know Kandee normally does makeup, so don't judge.

-And some not very exciting hairdos.

They don't require a very-- skill level of any kind.

-On my romantic version, I'm going

to go ahead and do a headband.

Taylor Swift is very well known--

-For headbands.

-For her headbands.

So we're just going to wrap it.

-That is so cute.

-Etsy.

And I don't remember the shop name.

-That's adorable.

-But I will look it up and put it in my description box below.

And I just went right over the top of her bangs

with that headband.

Add a little fullness.

OK, so are we finished?

-We are all done.

-I think they look amazing.

And you can just see that this one's a little more romantic.

This one's a little edgier.

I love the little flower details.
