that Prison Break alum Robert Knepper has joined the cast of The CW's hit superhero

show as super-villain William Tockman, aka Clock King. In the Arrow world, Tockman receives

his nickname for being an ultra-precise criminal mastermind who plans out his crimes down to

the last second. Aside from Prison Break, you may also recognize Knepper from The Blacklist

and TNT's Mob City, and he has also recently been cast as Antonious in the final two Hunger
