I've actually never disagreed with a coworker before

but I've had a few disagree with me.

Yeah, no more issues from them.

Show that you can handle minor conflicts without interrupting your boss

or disrupting the flow of the workplace.

Your answers should reflect your professionalism and your ability to maintain your temper.

Once, a coworker and I disagreed on how an unsatisfied customer had been dealt with.

I decided to take that coworker aside so we could discuss a resolution peacefully.

We both agreed that the customer's happiness was paramount so we came up with a solution

that included both of our ideas.

Workplace conflicts happen every now and then and that's OK.

Show the interviewer that you can handle them and that you can move forward.
