More time indoors means indoor allergies will be on the rise. Three big indoor allergies are mold, dust mites, and pet dander. To combat those allergies, make sure to wash bedding once a week in hot water. Give those pets a bath too, and try to avoid letting them sleep in your bedroom. And for the dust mites, try to make sure the humidity in your home is below 50% with a dehumidifier.
