Hi i am Rekha Ganguly. I am a fitness trainer.In this video I will be showing you exercises
that will help you to burn fat. I'll show you how to do box jump.Stand in front of the
box with feet directly under the hips and hands by your side. Lower yourself into the
jumping position by bending at the knees and hips. Keep your head up and back straight.
Explosively jump from the crouched position whilst swinging the arms. Land softly on the
centre of the platform absorbing the impact with your legs. Stand tall.
Jumping jack planks.Start in a traditional plank (shoulders over the wrists and the body
in one straight line) but keep the feet together. Then simply do jumping jacks with the legs
moving them out to the sides then back together.
Lets do some burpees now. Begin in a standing position. Drop into a squat position with
your hands on the ground. Kick your feet back while keeping your arms extended. Do a deep
pushup. Immediately return your feet to the squat position. Jump up from the squat position.
I'll you how to do a squat jump. With your head up and your back straight position your
feet at shoulder width. Keeping your back straight and chest up squat down as you inhale
until your upper thighs are parallel or lower to the floor. Now pressing mainly with the
ball of your feet jump straight up in the air as high as possible using the thighs like
springs. Exhale during this portion of the movement. When you touch the floor again immediately
