Hi i am Rekha Ganguly. I am a fitness trainer. I will show you how to do butterfly stretch.
Sit up tall with soles of your feet pressed together and your knees dropped to the sides
as far as they will comfortably go. Pull your abdominal gently inward and then lean forward
from your hips. Grasp you feet with your hands and carefully pull yourself a small way forward.
You should feel the stretch spread throughout your inner thighs the outer most part of your
