As a small business owner, you have to be everything. You have to be the finance manager, you have to be the human resource manager, you have to be the operations manager. it's everything that is encompassed.

What I do is not only brewing coffee, I also take care of the cash and credit cards, so it is basically the accounting part.

Our goal is that this will breed more entrepreneurs, more people that are going to own their own business, and that's what we are looking at. America, that's what we are built on is small business.
