These hands build buildings. These hands prepare meals. These hands ensure safe travel. These hands nurture us. These hands upgrade our living space. These hands polish our appearance. These hands help us through education. These are the hands that serve and protect. so how do we protect these hands? Our hands take a beating they're out in the weather, the rain, the cold the heat, the blistering sun, they're constantly being washed cleaned and sanitized from constant labor, contact with germs and people who are, coughing sneezing and touching stuff we come in contact with like doorknobs, and luggage, produce, shopping carts and mail. Because of the constant need to clean our hands, they become dry cracked and sore. Our hands also show our age sooner than any other body part. Here's a tip to keep them soft and revitalize our skin. Get a cheap pair of gloves. You can buy these for about $.98 cents a Walmart or Target. And while you're there pick up a jar Vaseline, it's really inexpensive. Then every night before you go to bed, wash your hands with soap and water, dry them, and then get about a teaspoon of Vaseline. Put it all over your hands, massage it in and put the gloves on. Wear these through the night - and the next day your hands will be as good as new. I tell you what, this will revitalize your skin and it's a good idea. (In unison) It's a good idea.
