  • We are doing these like challenges like super quickly so

  • I'm so proud of you guys!

  • I can't even express it

  • So without further ado, let's get on with the video

  • Let's go!

  • If you're terrible with chopsticks or don't know how to hold them properly

  • You can use this awesome hack to create you're own training chopsticks

  • Just take a small bit of paper or tissue and roll it up into a small tube

  • Then place it between you're chopsticks near the top

  • Then wrap a rubber band around both chopsticks above the piece of paper and you're done!

  • This actually works pretty well

  • And as you can see I can pick up my unicorns pretty easily

  • So definitely try this out if you've ever had a burning desire to use chopsticks

  • And don't know where to start

  • Have you ever bought the perfect pair of glasses

  • Only to find that they slip down you're nose whilst wearing them?

  • And then you have to keep pushing them back up you're face and it becomes more and more annoying

  • Well you can easily fix this by adding some rubber bands onto the ends of the glasses

  • Just wrap each band around a few times to create a small bump which will then sit just behind you're ear

  • and keep it in place

  • Honestly I can't believe I never knew about this hack it's so simple and practical

  • And I'll definitely be showcasing some of my old sunnies that never used to fit right

  • And it'll definitely be useful when I'm wearing glasses and I'm trying to read a book

  • And they keep sliding down my face

  • If you're doing some simple painting at home

  • You can use a rubber band to help keep things tidy

  • Just wrap it around your paint tin vertically and use it to wipe off excess paint

  • So it doesn't drip anywhere

  • It's actually pretty satisfying to watch

  • Check it out

  • Whenever I watch a sad movie, I like to feel what the character's feel

  • And sometimes I get a bit carried away

  • And yeah, sure, things can get a bit messy

  • So here's a hack to help with that

  • Next time you finish a box of tissues, don't throw it away

  • Place it next to the new box of tissues and tie them together with some rubber bands

  • This creates a convenient tissue bin so you aren't left with used tissues everywhere

  • because you are too lazy to throw them in the actual bin

  • So you're happily drinking and something distracts you

  • Yeah, I get distracted pretty easily

  • So here's what you can do

  • Wrap a rubber band around the neck of a water bottle

  • And then use the extra bit to wrap around your straw

  • Ta-da!

  • You'll never have to go straw-fishing again

  • If you're a bookworm, you'll appreciate easy page turning with this hack

  • And no, it's not licking you're fingers

  • Not that there's anything wrong with that

  • Just wrap a rubber band around your finger instead and you'll be able to easily turn each page

  • without licking all the bacteria from your finger

  • It's super important to stay hydrated during the day

  • and I like to keep track of how many cups of water I'm drinking to make sure I have enough

  • But instead of writing on your water bottle and ruining it

  • you can try using rubber bands instead to mark out each cup

  • And if you have thick rubber bands as well you can write straight onto the rubber band

  • It looks super cute and won't ruin your bottle

  • And you'll easily be able to see how many cups of water you had

  • We all have those clothes that just fall off you're hanger no matter what

  • So try this hack next time

  • Just wrap a rubber band around the two ends of the clothes hanger

  • This should create a bit of extra grip so you're clothes won't slip off the ends

  • It's also so simple I'm not sure why I never thought of it before

  • But I'll definitely be using this on all my hangers in the future

  • There are so many life hacks for opening tight jars lids

  • I think the best one is probably to get stronger

  • But if you're a bit of a weakling like me, you can try this next hack

  • Just take a rubber band and wrap it around the edge of the lid

  • This might provide just enough extra grip for you're slippery fingers to open that lid

  • Who else gets so satisfied when they hear that seal break?

  • Or is it just me?

  • You can also do this with nail polish lids as well

  • Or basically anything with a slippery lid

  • Just wrap your rubber band a few times around your nail polish lid

  • And you'll easily be able to twist it off

  • So you're cutting something big and heavy on a chopping board

  • And it just keeps slipping and sliding everywhere

  • Not only is this super annoying but it can actually be quite dangerous

  • So next time try putting a rubber band around each end of the chopping board

  • It'll give extra grip so it doesn't slip all over your kitchen bench

  • And, might just save a finger

  • You can thank me later

  • Whenever I'm at a party, I always put my drink down somewhere

  • And then when I come back to it

  • It's magically surrounded by other cups and I can't figure out which one is mine

  • Instead, just put a coloured rubber band around your cup

  • That'll make it easier for your guests to remember which cups are theirs

  • It's the little things that are the most memorable

  • Does this ever happen to your books when you put it in your bag?

  • Yeah, me too

  • And I always feel so bad like I haven't cared them properly

  • So, to avoid this from ever happening

  • Just place a rubber band around your book before putting it in your bag

  • That way it won't randomly open up inside

  • You can also use this with magazines to keep them neat as well

  • Does this happen to your spoon?

  • Yeah

  • It happens to me all the time

  • Like, soups or noodles and I cringe every time I have to fish it out with my fingers

  • I don't know why but for some reason it just feels so wrong

  • Anyway, you can prevent this from happening ever again with a rubber band

  • Just wrap it around the spoon handle several times to create a small bump

  • This will basically catch the spoon on the edge of the bowl if it starts to slip

  • Which is a life saver for me

  • If you've run out of tissues, you can create emergency tissues with a toilet roll

  • Or you can just save some money with this

  • Just take a toilet roll and wrap a rubber band around it

  • Then take the middle cardboard cylinder out by cutting it and then slipping it out

  • And pull some of the toilet paper out from the inside

  • Now place it in an empty tissue box so you can't see the toilet roll

  • And it almost looks like real tissues

  • So if you ever need to roll dough

  • Like, say, when you're making some home cooked pizza or dumplings

  • You might find it hard to roll it to the same thickness all over

  • So instead take some rubber bands and wrap them round each end of the rolling pin

  • at the height that you want

  • This creates a gap beneath the pin so you don't need to worry about accidently rolling a section too thin

  • So you'll actually have evenly rolled pizza slices every single time

  • So if you guys learned something new today, I hope you guys did
