I'm Stephanie Essin, and this is the Intel Developer Zone
Update.
In this episode, we're showing you
how to jump start your IoT solutions with the UP Squared
Grove Sensor IoT Development Kit,
looking at a new VR Content Developer Guide,
and announcing what you can expect in 2018 from the Intel
Developer Zone.
Links are provided to learn more.
We recently announced the UP Squared Grove Sensor IoT
Development Kit, available online.
There's a step-by-step guide to show you
how to connect to your board to Arduino Create
and begin working with your development kit.
Now you can reduce development time
for your intensive computing applications
with a kit that includes integrated software
and end-to-end tools.
If you're new to making applications in VR
or are looking for a well-rounded guide
to walk you through some of the common in VR development,
the VR Content Developer Guide will give you what you need.
It provides guidelines for developing and designing
a VR application, and obtaining optimal performance.
This guide is based on performance characterizations
across several VR workloads, and describes common bottlenecks
and issues.
It also provides solutions to improve the overall performance
of our application workloads.
This is the last IDZ update for 2017,
and we're looking forward to this upcoming year.
Our current shows will be continuing
on their monthly schedule, and we have a couple new shows
kicking off as well.
IDZ weekly is where I will bring you fresh Intel developer
news every week.
We're also launching VRUX, hosted by our friend
Seth Schneider.
This show will be a limited, 11-episode series
talking about all things VR user experience.
Thanks for watching.
