and then swing to the left, right, left, jump up!
Now the second part of the routine is you just run, run, run, run

Bring your chest forward on the "Huh!"
Representing all the women, salute
And then you step to the right, left, right
step to the left, cross your arms
Now you're gonna circle your body to the right
right, push right, left, up, down
and you're gonna stomp to the right while popping your body, 2, 3, 4
You're gonna swing to the right, left

Now you're gonna do 4 stomps making your hands go open, close
