The worst gift I ever got for the holidays

was a coupon for 20% off.

Which is, I guess, nice, but I get those.

And I think he meant it as a joke,

but then he didn't follow it up with, like, an actual gift.

It kinda sucked.

But it's the thought that counts.

The worst holiday gift I've ever received is --

I feel like everyone's always gotten one of these.

It was, like, all packaged really beautifully,

and then the card said,

"I hope you have a good time with this gift."

And then, when I ripped it open, it was just, like,

two really woolly socks with, like, snowmen on them.

And I laughed really hard.

I mean, it's really thoughtful, but it's, like, painful to wear.

You know what?

I don't think I've really gotten

a terrible Christmas gift,

'cause I think everything's great no matter what.

So it doesn't really matter what you get.

So my worst Christmas present was probably when I was about 8.

I forgot to write to Santa, so he gave me nothing.

And now I'm really, really, really careful

that I write him every year.
