for Japanese culture exchange.

to learn how to brew my own coffee with the owner Mr Lin.

Let's get ready to brew our coffee.

First, let's take our bottle of hot water

and clean our filter and coffee container.

Next let's pour our coffee powder evenly into the filter.

Then, we want to pour water gently down.

Ok, gently pour water down the middle.

Wow, this is the first time I've professionally brewed

my own coffee and I'm so excited to try some.

First I would pour my coffee into this tall cup

and then wash it out to the second cup.

And now this cup is for smelling the scent.

So you feel relaxed

and it's a getting-ready step for the second coffee-tasting part.

And now I'm going to try my coffee.

It's actually sweeter than I thought

and there's a flowery scent to it.

I actually taste toffee candy also.
