ketogenic diet or keto diet is a recently introduced form of diet or

lifestyle for both humans and dogs so what is ketogenic diet or keto diet the

ketogenic diet is a diet that allows you to burn your fat off your body the

excess fat and use fat as your primary fuel it is designed to lower the blood

glucose and induce ketosis so what is ketosis see cherries are the byproduct

of fat burning in general there are two types of fuel sources when it comes to

our body or our dog's body one of them is sugar and the other one is fat when

you break down fat it turns into by-product called ketone ketosis in

general is the process of burning fat because fat is a superior fuel for your

brain your heart and your hormones it's gonna improve your mood your memory and

your energy so why to choose or select ketogenic diet for your dog the main

reason is because it's species-appropriate diet for your dog

dogs are naturally carnivores and they mainly eat fresh meat fresh fat if they

are hunting naturally dogs don't produce necessary enzymes to deal with starch or

carbohydrates which is very common in kibble or dry food so what are the

benefits of ketogenic diet there are many benefits of name just a few of them

it helps with prevention of forming diseases like cancer and developing

cancer itself it is healthy and natural easy and simple to feed your dog

help to increase your dog's lifespan this diet can help to heal and remove

cancer tumors heal with most diseases including epilepsy and did you know that
