Hi lovely people. I'm going to show you how to cook my perfect spaghetti.
You need at least
one litre for each hundred grams of spaghetti.
You make sure that the water is really bubbling.
When you season pasta water make sure you use about 10 gram for each 300 litre of water.
Have to be a very good salt.
Hold the spaghetti at the ends. Slowly, slowly, slowly fold it in.
Be careful not to get burnt. Make sure you read on side of packets
how long it takes
for pasta to cook. You have to get the water boiling
again. I use this cover.
And remove it. Gently you stir it.
When you drain the pasta, always before you drain keep half a cup or whole cup of
pasta water.
That is a flavour. You can add it to the sauce.
This is the way I cook my perfect spaghetti.
