That is really unique, where did they come up with that idea?

這真是太特別了 為什麼會有這樣的創意呢

Xishu Community in the Southern District borders Tainan's Golden Beach

南區的喜樹社區 緊鄰著臺南黃金海岸

and was once a fishing village.

過去是漁村

The elders used their imagination

所以長輩們就發揮創意

and turned the fishes they see on a daily basis into a product.

把生活中最常見的魚類 變成商品

That is such a cute idea. It seems like a very interesting place.

長輩們的創意真是太可愛了 感覺那裡是個很好玩的地方

Xishu Community has retained an old street,

喜樹社區裡保留著一條老街

old houses, and narrow alleyways.

and people come to the seafood vending street to buy some.

I'm at the seafood street in Cigu.

我現在在七股的海鮮街

So many people come here to get seafood,

很多人都會來這裡買海鮮

because they can get the most fresh and best thing here.

因為這裡有最新鮮最棒的海產

There are many local dishes

海鮮街也有許多小吃

and restaurants for you to enjoy.

和餐廳 可以品嚐美食喔

But don't misunderstand that you must take friends

但別以為來七股一定要揪團

with you in order to enjoy the seafood.

才能吃海鮮喔

Here they also provide dishes for the tourist who comes here alone.

就算一個人也能品嚐美味料理

This is the seafood congee.

這碗是海產粥

First we need to check what we have inside this bowl.

首先我們得先來看看碗裡有些什麼

It's made of local seafood ingredients in Cigu.

全部都是七股道地的海鮮喔

It's fresh and springy.

It's nice. The fish is really nice.

出發到七股鹽山吧

I'm in the Salt Mountain at Cigu,

我現在在七股鹽山

這是我第一次來到這裡

There are a lot of funs here at the salt mountain.

The most popular sport among young tourists here

這邊最受年輕人歡迎的運動

is water golf.

就是水上高爾夫球

好哇 聽起來很好玩 我們走吧

I know golf, but I don't know the golf that plays on water.

我知道高爾夫球 但不曉得還有水上高爾夫

You can hear tourists laughing as they play the golf.

在這裡可以聽到笑聲不斷

The train makes a circle tour around the park,

小火車會繞整個園區一圈

and you can enjoy the views of the park on it.

Adults and kids are both suitable for the train tour!

非常適合大朋友小朋友一起搭乘喔

另外還可以坐接駁車

to Taiwan Salt Museum.

出園區到鹽博物館去

As you take the tourism train,

you get to appreciate the scenery of both the park

還可以欣賞七股的風光喔

You can make a tofu by yourself at Cigu Salt Mountain.

來到鹽山還可以體驗豆腐DIY喔

To make tofu with nigari,

我們的鹽滷豆腐

first we need sugar-free soy milk

首先要準備無糖豆漿

and nigari tofu coagulant.

然後還有鹽滷

As for tools, we need a tofu mold

器具部分需要準備豆腐模

and three pots.

及三個鍋子

Now we're ready to make tofu.

準備好就可以開始製作囉

First, heat 1000cc sugar-free soy milk with a double boiler

首先先將1000cc無糖豆漿隔水加熱

until you see tofu skin on the surface .

加熱到出現豆皮狀即可

Add 6cc of nigari in another pot,

另外一個鍋子先加入6cc的鹽滷液

so the soy bean milk and nigari ration is 1000:6.

豆漿和鹽滷的比例是1000:6

Next, pour the heated sugar-free soy bean milk

將加熱好的無糖豆漿

to the pot with nigari, and mix them evenly.

倒入鹽滷液的鍋內 攪拌均勻

After this, pour the mixture into the tofu mold

完成後倒入豆腐模

and cover it with a piece of cloth.

用布蓋起來

Wait for 20 minutes and we're done!

靜置20分鐘就完成喔

Look at this, the tofu that I just made, so beautiful.

你看看 我剛做好的豆腐 真漂亮

It's good, and nice. Really soft.

很不錯 好吃耶 很軟嫩

In addition to tofu,

除了製作豆腐

we can also make douhua (tofu pudding)!

也可以製作豆花喔

This one is great, too.

這個也不錯

They put some black sugar and it tastes really sweet.

放了一些黑糖進去 吃起來就甜甜的

It just like the normal tofu pudding, it's great.

跟一般豆花一樣 不錯

Nigari is a mineral solution made from concentrated sea water.

鹽滷是海水濃縮而成的礦物質液

It's a natural coagulant

是一種天然凝固劑

that can be used to make tofu and douhua.

可以做豆腐 豆花

You can also add it into coffee.

還可以加到咖啡裡喔

Well, let me tell you, everything here is salt added,

我跟你說 這邊的食物幾乎都加了鹽

so of course, this coffee as well.

這杯咖啡當然也不例外

But this latte, it tastes just a little bit salty.

這杯拿鐵喝起來有一點鹹鹹的

Somehow, it's so amazing that

但而且不知為何 很神奇的是

a little bit salt makes this coffee taste not bitter.

這一點鹹味讓咖啡不會那麼苦

And there is one more thing.

還有一件事

Because the Nigari-salt is added into it,

因為這杯拿鐵添加了鹽滷

the latte has some minor minerals,

所以含有微量礦物質喔

(makes it) more healthier.

是更健康

A tour to the salt mountain is not complete

來鹽山沒有吃鹹冰棒

without a salty popsicle.

會覺得沒有來過鹽山

As you can see, there are some nuts on top of it.

就像你看到的 上面有些堅果

As you can see these yellow dots, that is the salted yolk.

這些黃色點點 是鹹蛋黃

So, it is a salty ice-pop.

所以說這是鹹冰棒沒錯

This one is also nice, I love it.

這也很棒 我喜歡

As you come to the salt mountain, of course

來到鹽山 當然要挑戰一下

you have to climb the salt mountain.

爬鹽山囉

Let's get to the summit!

跟我去攻頂吧

Don't underestimate this Salt Mountain, it worth NT 140 million dollars.

可別小看這座鹽山 他可價值臺幣1億4千萬呢

We took on a boat to see the beautiful lagoon.

We went to the Salt Mountain to do a lot of activities.

去了鹽山體驗很多活動

We ate a lot of fresh seafood.

也吃了很多新鮮的海產
