Pheona, have you ever seen a Formosan macaque? Pheona，你看過獼猴嗎？

Yes! But it's hard to see them in the city now. You can only see them in the zoo. 有阿! 但在城市裡很少見，通常只能在動物園裡看到。

Do you know there is a natural reserve for macaques in Nanhua District? You can see them without going to the zoo! 你知道南化區有獼猴保護區嗎? 不用到動物園也能看到獼猴喔

Wow! So macaques get to roam free in the reserve without interruption? 喔！ 在保護區內的獼猴是自由地在當地生活嗎?

Right! They may be walking around you if you go hiking there. 對啊！去那裡爬山，有可能獼猴就會走到你身邊喔

Wow! That's cool! 哇！這也太酷了吧！

Yes, it is! But remember not to feed them. We should obey the regulations. 對啊！但是記得不要隨便餵食喔！要注意當地的規範！

What else do you recommend in Nanhua? 南化區還有什麼好玩的地方呢

There is the Nanhua Reservoir! 南化區還有南化水庫！

Although the reservoir is not open to the public, 雖然水庫沒有對外開放，

there is a place for taking pictures 但是那裡有設置一個

where you can admire the scenery of the reservoir! 可以一覽水庫風光的最佳拍攝點喔！

The scenery is magnificent! 風景真的非常優美！

Wow! The view must be fantastic! 哇！那裡的視野一定很美吧！

You're right! The beautiful scenery in mountainous areas is comforting. 沒錯！走進山區看看自然美景真的很舒壓！

By the way, if you visit Nanhua in April, it's the time to see pink shower trees! 對了，如果是四月左右到南化區，也可以去欣賞花旗木喔！

I know pink shower trees! It's really eye-catching when they are in full bloom! 花旗木我知道，盛開時真的很吸睛！

Yes! By the way, I found a special product in Nanhua, the red turmeric. You can brew it with brown sugar to get cool off! 是啊！對了！我這次去南化有找到當地的特產紅薑黃，和黑糖一起沖泡好喝又消暑！

Does it taste good? Like ginger tea with brown sugar? 好喝嗎？像黑糖薑茶的概念嗎？

They taste similar. It's good for your health! 差不多是這個意思，挺養生的！
