Subtitles section Play video Print subtitles - Well it's been an intense seven days. Seven days of the Castle QLA Seminar Experience. So I want to share with you a little bit about my perspective, first of all, let's ask the question, comment below if you have a question for me, by the way, why am I coming back to the castle after 10 years? First of all, the castle experience that I came for ten years ago has changed quite drastically in the last many years. I know 'cause Dan also tells me that the Castle Seminar today is very different from what it was like when I first attended it, that's number one. Number two, is also for at the time, because of the limited knowledge that I had as a business person, the business acumen, lack of business acumen, a lot of things I couldn't fully understand and fully digest and fast forward today, my business, my companies, where I'm at, I'm at a different stage. So I want to come back and relearn and refresh always to see what's on the horizons, are there any things that I could be missing? So that's why I'm here to refresh and relearn, 'cause we can always learn more. So I came back and after seven days, the last seven days, what we've learned, now for those who don't know Dan Peña, who's been my mentor for over 10 years. For all of you who have been following me on YouTube, Dan has been my mentor for over 10 years now. I met him many many years ago, and he's been mentoring me all these years. So for people who don't know QLA, which stands for Quantum Leap Advantage, Quantum Leap Advantage, and what exactly is Quantum Leap Advantage? 'Cause you see different videos on my channel, on Dan's channel and you kind of get some ideas here and there, that it's the mindset, it's pulling the trigger, it's there's no limit to your abilities, about self esteem, it is about how fucked up we here, by society and by our parents, that most of us, are actually programed for poverty, not for success. From a business perspective, what the QLA methodology is about, it's buying revenue instead of creating revenue. So a lot of people now they talk about I want to start a business, I want to do this, I want to do that. Now this is not for everyone, by the way, in fact, it's for a very very small percentage of people, that have the skills, that have the mindset, they have what it takes to do this, this is a very high level entrepreneurship, let's put it this way. Because now we're not talking about starting a business, putting on a fucking Instagram and say, "Hey, I'm a entrepreneur," it's not that bullshit. This is talking about acquiring and actually buying a company, or multiple companies in fact, leveraging the bank, using the banks money, that's what the QLA methodology is about. It's about buying revenue, not creating revenue. Now if you don't have any skills, chances are you will not have the ability, you don't know how to buy, how to negotiate, you need to know how to close, you need to learn how to deal with people, you need to know how to talk to the bank, you need to know how to run a business, so it requires a lot of different skillsets, and although, throughout the last seven days we've seen people from all walks of life buying companies, buying five, 10, 20, 30, 50 million dollar, 100 million dollar deals, doing those type of deals, that are not taught anywhere as far as I know, except at the Castle, to do something like this, and how to create what Dan would refer to as generational wealth. We're not talking about making a few thousand dollars, we're not talking about quitting your fucking job, we're talking about creating wealth in terms of 10s of millions or hundreds of millions of dollars. So not for everybody, but for those who are interested, that's the perspective that I want to give you, that's what you came here to learn, knowing there was one of the days that Dan was sharing with us about the people who have attended the Castle Seminar and you would see the failure rate, how many people dropped out, how people ghost, and he will highlight most people, like a big percentage, don't make it, don't make it in two, three months, even though after the company, it's only a tiny percentage who are able to do this. So that's why it's not for everybody. If you're going to come here, it's going to be intense, it's going to be different and it's also going to be transformational, if you're the right person, and maybe you're not at the stage, you're quite ready for this, and this is not a promotion, although I do promote, of course, my mentor's teaching, QLA, but not a promotion about the Castle Seminar, but I just want you to know, if this is something you want to do., this is the place to be, and for most, if you're just trying to quit your job and you're still looking for the next thing, and you want to gain some experience, or this is not something you're interested in, of course, it's not everybody, but if it's something you want to do, you want to acquire companies, you want to grow, you want get some big deals, or maybe you're at a stage where you've done business for a number of years, you've grown your company to a certain size, but now you want to expand or you want to go to the next level, you want a new challenge, then yes, for sure, then this would be a very very powerful experience. So there you go, that's my summary for the QLA, a lot of the lessons and teachings you can get from Dan's website, anywhere on his YouTube channel, or on my website as well, a lot of materials. And also if you type in Dan Peña, you'll find a lot of different things on YouTube as well, and most of that stuff is free Dan doesn't charge anything, so you can get access to a lot of that information if you want to know more.
