you've got coming up. These are the top five common interview questions that you will get

asked, I can pretty much guarantee that. And I'm going to give you five great answers to

those interview questions. Now, before I get into those, a very warm welcome to this tutorial.

My name is Richard McMunn. That's me there in the middle, the bald chap! And I'm going

to give you top-scoring answers that you can't find anywhere else. Please do subscribe to

So take notes and listen carefully. Let's get straight into it. So the first interview

question pretty much guaranteed, the one that you will get asked at the start of your interview

is “Tell me about yourself?” Now, it's important that your answer this first interview

question so it gets you off on a confident footing. We need to give you the confidence

in your answer because that sets you up for the remainder of the interview. And here's

a brilliant answer to the interview question -Tell me about yourself? “I am someone who

takes great pride in my work and I always look to learn and improve within every role.

The main strengths I have that I believe will be of benefit within this role are excellent

customer service, solid team working abilities, an honest and reliable approach to all tasks

and, above all, strong work values and ethics. If I am successful, and I get the opportunity

to work for you in this job, I will learn the role quickly, so I can start making a

positive and long-lasting contribution to your company.” That's a great answer loaded

with positive keywords and phrases! And I've put in there some of the main strengths that

are attractive to the majority of hiring managers and employers. Let's now move on to the second

common interview question. Why would you like to work for us? Again, pretty much guaranteed

to be a question at your interview. Why would you like to work for us? Here's my high scoring

answer for you. “I want to work for you for 3 main reasons. The first reason is, having

looked at the job advert and the person specification, the experience, the skills and the qualities

I have are a match for your company. Secondly, you are obviously very good at what you do

within the industry you are serving, and that means I will be working for a professional

organization that sets high standards. Finally, the ‘latest news’ section of your website

shows you have lots of enthusiastic plans for the future which I would like to be a

part of!” Great answer again to that interview question. Why would you like to work for us?

Let's move on to the third question. What's your biggest weakness? A very common interview

question. Quite difficult to answer, because what you don't want to do is to give them

a weakness that is a match for the role. So we need to be very careful about how we answer

this. Here's my top-scoring answer. “I don’t have many weaknesses. However, if I had to

give one, it would be the fact that I find it very hard to say no to people. In the past,

this resulted in me sometimes taking on too much work than I could actually cope with,

and I ended up having to work additional hours jut to simply deliver on my promises. Whilst

I do still find it hard to say no to people, I am becoming better at managing my workload

and I am completing tasks faster and more efficiently.” Excuse me. Now, what I like

about this answer is it is actually a subtle strength. If you said that to me that, you

know, I find it hard to say no to people that would be attractive to me because I'd be thinking

you're going to do lots of work for me within this position. Next question, where do you

see yourself in five years’ time? There is only one reason why an interviewer or a

hiring manager would ask you this question. And that's because they want to see someone

who's going to stay in the role for a long time. So if you say to them, well, I plan

to stay with you for a couple of years’ time, but actually my goal is to do work for

a different company or a different position, I can pretty much guarantee you won't get

the job. So we need to be careful how we answer this. Here's my top-scoring answer to this

common interview question. “I still see myself still working for you in this position.

In 5 years’ time, I would have proven myself as a highly reliable member of the team, someone

who can be trusted to do a good job, do it on time and also to the required standards.

I would also be willing to help train up new people who join the company and occupy similar

roles to this one as I would have the experience and know-how to do so.” So that shows you're

going to still with there you can be trusted, reliable, a respected member of their team,

but also, you're prepared to help train up new people who join the company in similar

roles. A great answer. Next question - Why do you want to leave your current job? Again,

pretty much guaranteed. They want to know why do you want to leave your current employer?

Here's my suggested answer to this question. “I want to leave simply because I am ready

for a new and fresh challenge. I feel I have given my all, and whilst I would not be saddened

to stay in my current employment, I do want to take up a new opportunity where I can work

for an innovative and forward-thinking company my skills and qualities are put to good use.

I will certainly leave my employer on great terms, but I feel one hundred percent ready

to commit to your company and in this role.” So that's a positive answer. You will not

be negative about your employer at all. You're not giving any negative vibes or you're not

saying anything bad about them, which you shouldn't do under any circumstances. Always

be positive about your previous employer. So don't forget to tell me the name of your
