I think a lot of people's experiences with wireless charging are not the same because of the variety of wireless charges that are out there, because the coil setup is not always the same, depending on which phone you're using.

Recently, the whole oil situation escalated greatly.

This device over here, it got some press.

I heard about it.

I ordered it up.

This from Hard Cider Labs is a six coil wireless charge, Matt.

It can charge three devices at once.

Downside.

It's expensive.

This thing is like 130 bucks.

It's got the matching AM if I apple watch charger in there so it matches this one.

I brought this out in case so maybe that's already baked in.

And as you can see here, this full area they're listing as active.

You can also add a stand like I don't know.

I ordered it anyway, it's, I guess, to make the thing stand up right a little more.

How much does the price go up?

If you add this, Will, it goes up 10 more dollars.

I knew it wasn't gonna be for everyone.

So I also went on Amazon at the same time and ordered up this guy, which is a five oil dual fast wireless charger.

And this thing is, what, 42 99?

I want to compare the two, See what we're working with.

Chances are this one might be more applicable to most people unless you want the apple watch component and you don't mind paying the extra.

So let's on box both of these.

This one, though, does come.

I think, in a couple different colors.

It does three different colors.

That's a good looking.

And in this I guess it pops up.

Yeah, so you can line the watch up a little easier.

That'll pop up like that or lay flat.

Remember, this one does provide 30 watt fast charge.

So you got a brick to go with it.

That fits right in there where the five coils would actually be.

This one has an led on the front.

Does not This is a fabric we've as I mentioned before, This one has a stickier, rubbery ish feel to it.

It's smaller here, so it probably won't be able to deliver quite as much power.

Now, this piece for the watch bends up, which is kind of nice as a little clock, Jack.

You see what I would probably do that I just wouldn't even want to set it up like that is I'll probably just drop it on, which also works.

What if we're really rude about it?

It's pretty nice, The targets big.

It's a huge target, and it's all the way across the whole thing.

So you could do this.

Two phones charging, watched, charging.

You know what's interesting with this particular iPhone?

The camera bump is significant enough that if you get the camera on there, you might miss because it just elevating the back of the things that you kind of have to line it up.

This one is easier to miss.

A smaller phone that's charging.

Maybe it just also takes a little longer to initiate is charging, so you still need to figure out your alignment.

It's not complete no brainer.

And I know you're probably screaming at your screen right now, saying courts, Lou, you still gotta line it up, sort of man.

I will say in this particular design it is a bit of a no brainer because of the shape of it.

Anyhow, it's a very expensive charger.

That's why I brought the other one in here.

Now, the nice thing here is this one gives you a flash on the indicator on the led on the front as well, when you begin to charge.

You drop it on and the light goes on, you can see the little light.

I should also say this one has a little more grip to it now.

What if we hit it with the air pods?

Look, there's a couple of options for you.

This one is substantially cheaper.

I think they're gonna be a big improvement over what most people are using for charging pads.

Just by nature.

How many coils they have available to you?

Picking up?

A couple of these is probably going to serve you better than one of these.

And you're still gonna have a little money left over after picking up to with these.

But if you want to live the most apple lifestyle off the group.

You're charging the watch, your charging the phone.

You're charging the air pots.
