We have a number of really established specialty areas and a lot of general interest in our main diagnoses of depression anxiety.

We've been running for 21 years, so we've got that level of experience under our boat.

Quite a number of clinicians that have been associated with us for quite a considerable period of time believe that way.

Mental health is a rapidly evolving field on a bigger hospital.

Provide us opportunities to do exciting new things.

So people have more choice in their key, more opportunities to get the best they can with the building.

The idea is that they will be Maur facilities for Physical Activity gymnasium, a greater area for presentations and so on and now does.

Of course, there's a great emphasis on physical health.

And so I think the hospital is taking that into account on will provide more for the patient's physical bodies as well as for psychiatric illnesses.

And I think that's a real sign of progress to try and integrate.

We are actually taken the opportunity to expand our private room, so we expect the refurbishment and extension to take up to 12 months to do at this stage.

We're anticipating that it will be completed by the end of 2017.

So not too long.

In fact, today's buildings today very quick to erect and complete, so we are very excited that it wanted to take too long but I think everyone will be pleased with the results at the end.

We really do.

I am to have business as usual.

Um, the certainly the new part of the building will be a separate to the existing power of the building, so they won't be too much internal disruption to the existing part of the building.

Nevertheless, where there will be times and we will know those times in advance when there's going to be a disruption, for example, additional noise.

We will take the opportunity, communicate with all concerned, including patients and other stakeholders, just to make sure that they're not inconvenienced any more than absolutely necessary.

But we will endeavor to complete the project as soon as possible so that we can get on with business in the expanded building at the end of the construction period.

Important part of mental health care system and Albert Road is an important part of that profit mental health care system, so expanding that opportunity is a really great thing to do for the community.
